I stopped by 3 times during "Staffed Hours" and there was no one working. The first time there was a written sign that said no one would be working that day. Bummer. But whatever, stuff happens, Im sure something just came up. Unfortunately the place is locked unless youre a member so I couldnt even check it out. I went back a week later...and nothing. No sign. I called the number on the front door several times (its handwritten so Im guessing its the managers number for this location) and no one answered. I was desperate for a gym so I went back again the next day...and nothing. The staffed hours are only about 5 hours a day so youd expect someone to be there. I honestly dont know the pros and cons of this gym because as far as I know theres no one operating it.

Unfortunately, I have had the same experience. I have stopped by twice during "Managers Hours" with noone there to answer. I also left a message on their default answering maching that didnt state the name of the business. It looks like a nice place and I hear prices are reasonable, but I couldnt get anyone to help me with my inquiries.

Horrible!!! Ive been trying to cancel my membership since January and they refuse to answer my calls, or call me back! When I tried stopping by there to talk to someone during staff hours no one was there!! Long story short, terrible customer service and steal your money by refusing to cancel!

Checked the staffed hours online. I stopped by and no-one answered the door. I called and left a detailed message for a callback with no response. Bad business. I found a better gym.

Never had a problem when needing staff during staffed hours. Great gym and great price, no crowds.
