I have had so many issues with my mail since moving here 5 years ago. For example, when I leave stamped mail to be picked up in my box, with the box flag up, they put the flag down and dont take the mail. Recently I had a certified letter post it on my door saying they missed me. I am a stay at home mom and know for sure no one knocked or rang that day. They left a post it without the proper info checked so I assumed they would try to redeliver (since that is what the post it said). They never did. I went into the post office a few days later to get the letter and on the envelope it stated that they had attempted to redeliver. They never did. It was one day away from being sent back. Every other day we have a different post person delivering our mail. I was told they are all temps and that no one wants our route which was laughable to the customer service person I brought this up to. So they dont care. The list just goes on.

outdated passport forms. slow service. fragile marked packages balanced on top of tiny mail box. they lied about trying to redeliver an expected package even though I was home all day. they lied about the route and tried to cover up the mistake by putting a predated redeliver slip in my box at the crack of dawn that was not even in my box the night before. I would never recommend this branch to anyone. you have better luck with pony express or a telegram (lol). They always send away passports to other locations because they are just plain lazy!! you suck!!

Never had a USPS office misplace an item before until I started dropping off prepaid ebay packages here. Now I cant get a resolution, the postmaster in GA tells me to go into the branch to fill out a "mail recovery search form" the workers in the branch tell me "oh we dont have that here its all done online" WTF

As I was walking in the doorway at 2 or 3 minutes until closing, a rude employee closed and locked the door right in front of my face pretending not to notice I was even there. To clarify, by right in front of my face, I mean to say an inch or two away from getting slammed in the face.

I live in North Olmsted but will make the approximate six mile round trip rather than use the office in my city. The staff at this office is efficient and always pleasant, they should be commended this level of performance is seldom seen,these workers get it!!

Worst experiences all the time. I have packages that just go missing and calling hardly ever works because i rarely get someone to pick up! How does the post offices just allow packages to go missing over and over?!
