The customer service here is outstanding. Stephanie knows most of the customers that come-in by name and is so kind and accommodating. She is always so helpful and is able to provide me with the best guidance for my shipping and mailing needs. Ive never been so impressed with the kind attitude and customer service at a USPS location prior to moving to Columbia Station! As I read through some of the reviews for this post office, I see that most of them are in regards to the delivery services, not the post office itself. I cannot comprehend how anyone could have anything negative to say about this wonderful location. Customer service at its finest - one of the few places where this idea is not lost!

You know the USPS creed, "Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds". These guys missed that memo... What a bunch of pansies. Same day I got a FedEx these guys said my drive was too bad. Now ,they have helped me meet my neighbors because they cant seem to get the correct mail to the correct house. Very sad...

This post office is a joke! They sent back 3 packages with not enough postage except the packages are paid for 10 oz and they only weigh 9.7oz. Learn how to use your own machinery idiots!!!
