I had a bad water pump on my truck. I had come from out of town on a Saturday around the end of business. Just when and where you dont want to break down. I really thought I would be stuck in Perrysburg for the weekend and maybe more waiting to get my truck repaired. Luckily for me, I pulled into Mytee and Brent immediately had his mechanics disassembling the truck while he called the supplier to find our parts. He had family obligations but was nice enough to put them off for a bit in order to help us out. I dont think we were there more than 30 minutes and we were on our way with big smiles. Best vehicle repair experience ever! Thank you Brent!!

My husband and I have gone to Mytee a couple times to get a number of repairs made to our vehicle and the service has always been great and the pricing is very fair. I went in earlier this week to have a bulb replaced in my headlight and not only did it only take about 5 minutes, but they did it for free! After giving them business in the past, I really appreciated that Mytee replaced that bulb without charge! They have great customer service, and Id recommend them to anyone needing any kind of repairwork on their vehicle.

I broke down in Ohio on my way back to Virginia. Very scary when youre a young, pregnant female traveling alone. I was in and out within 2 hours and it was affordable. Cliff provided great service, kept me very up to speed, and was friendly and talkative. He even called when I was a few hours down the road to make sure the car and I were okay. Couldnt ask for anything more from them- I wish I could take them to Virginia with me!! Thanks again!!

took my 89 camero for some exhaust work..Kyle K. the exaust tec. did such a good job i told him about my 2012 camero, and he showed me what he would do to make it stand out.so i brought it back later and he did his magic,now i get all the looks and it sounds awesome..Cliff the visting manager did some good pricing also...

Installed an exhaust- knocked 2 heat shields loose, left to rattle- offered to fix them for $100 bucks- great business model. Ended up taking the car to a real muffler shop to have the issue remedied. Too many other reputable establishments that will do an honest job from start to finish.

My exhaust dropped out. Came in, they helped me right away. Great attitude! Cheap, amazing work, and my car sounds brand new! Probably my new perfered auto shop!!! Said itd be done in 2 hours since they needed a custom part, but they finshed in 1!
