I guess I expected that dealing with a company as reputable as The Andersons would be less sleazy. For the first time in a long time I was in need of a replacement tire that had blown out on the highway. With little convincing, I agreed to purchase a full set of tires for my daughters car. I asked for the total cost with no surprises and was given a price of $516 "out the door", which I did not protest and agreed to pay. When I came to pickup the car, it was almost ready as promised and at the last minute, the "manager" came and showed me some printout showing a slight misalignment of the wheels. He also had another printout that vaguely referenced some reset that he explained is required of "all cars 2009 and newer". Bottom line is he wanted another $125 to finish the work, but would be a good guy and discount it to $80 or so. Obviously he knew these were additional charges that he would hit me with when I was backed in a corner, that is the car was almost done and I was anxious to leave, so it infuriates me that he waited to spring the additional charges at the last minute. These are the sleazy things that make people hate car places. Will not be returning and am disappointed that a company like The Andersons would allow such underhanded business to be conducted under their name.

First, the number of stars I left for the review is not accurate because i wanted zero but had to go with one star to leave a review. When I called Tireman earlier in the week I was told they were busy and getting an oil change will be tough to do before the end of the day. I called the next day and asked what day and time will work best for Tireman to do the oil change. Three days later I go in before noon for the oil change that was going to take "about 45 minutes" according to Tireman when the oil change was scheduled. Now instead of 45 minutes for the oil change it will take until "later in the evening" according to Tireman. The person behind the counter saying "later in the evening" was the same person that said "about 45 minutes" three days earlier. So I walked out the door and will never be returning. For years I have taken many cars into Tireman for maintenance and this is how Tireman shows appreciation for that.

They replaced the started on my truck when it went out while they were working on other parts of my truck and they didnt replace any of the wires such as positive and negative that were bad and burned the starter now doesnt work and i have to put more money into the truck because of there ignorance i dont give them a star i gove them a half of a star and will be complaining greatly to uper management members for there poor service and the fact that you have an appointment but dont get seen untill 2 hours agter the fact.

Wife and I have both taken our vehicles to the Woodville Mall location (when it was open)for several years, with very positive results. Wont be going back to the perrysburg store again. Within a year both of us have had the same problem after oil changes, they striped the drain plug head on mine, and on hers they stripped the threads out of the oil pan. Done with this store!

Came in and the service was not as enjoyable as I had hoped. The guy made me feel guilty for even asking for an oil change. He reluctantly did my oil change and changed my air filter. But did not top off any fluids or replace the sticker with my next oil change mileage on it. I even asked specifically to top off my engine coolant. I will not be coming back to this location.

Double booked my appointment that was at 2:30, they didnt start until 4:30. Made for a very long time that should have taken less than an hour with an appt. Still, they had a great price with a coupon and definitely did what was needed with our van. Will be returning, just hopefully with a higher regard for allotted time slots. Hope to update review at that point.

I got a flat tire on my way to Cleveland back in October. The guys at Tireman Perrysburg location, stayed open a little later for me so that I could get a new tire and continue my drive. They were so friendly, helpful and professional!! They had a real dedication to customer service that did not go unnoticed. They saved my weekend! Thank you so much!!

Got a different car. Had a tire issue. Took two tires in one had a nail and they needed to balance both. They took care of me, didnt charge us. Thats what I call customer service.
