I was referred to this place and it was an experience I dont want to repeat. A. Rude...first and foremost...if youre doing anything beyond handing them money or things are going as smooth as glass, which I imagine doesnt happen often. B. My vehicle needed some additional work, which I agreed to. I was sitting waiting and they said itd be 2-3 hours versus 30 minutes, but I came in first thing so itd be fine. Well...7 HOURS later of sitting there, after getting agitated I find they JUST STARTED IT. I go in the shop area to find my huge Ford caliper hanging by the rubber brake line unsupported (which is a NOOB mistake). I point it out to the shop manager and he said "itll be fine". I insisted they support it so as not to tear the rubber line at the fitting, which Ive seen happen multiple times...he repeated "itll be fine". NO SOONER than one day later guess what happens...brake line there blew while I was 350 miles out on the road in my truck. Luckily limped to a truck stop and changed the line. I WILL NOT return to this place, nor give them a dime of my money if they were the last place in Ga. This is the reason Ive done my own work my entire life, and its damn sad you cant get a better quality service than this. Family run businesses that grow to this size all too often lead to this high and mighty attitude like theydont need to be polite anymore because youre just that good of a business I have nowhere else to go. Well, I got news...Ill be heading elsewhere and posting a poor review every chance I get. Fix your staff, treat the customer like they are worth a damn. Ridiculous.

worst place ever. poor customer service. sloppy work. bought two new sets of tires their. both vehicles now ride like crap because they need the tires re balanced, asked them to re balance the tires they put on a month earlier they wanted $25.00.i had an alignment done on another vehicle their and it ate the front tires up in less than a month. do your self a favor go anywhere but Prickitt Tire in Commerce. unless you like being taking for a ride.
