Dear Owner- Thanks for the offer, however as mentioned below all damages have been repaired by the dealership (I referenced in bullet point #20). Unfortunately, I am unable to revise my rating in good conscience as it is a true and accurate depiction of my experience and service received at AAMCO. The only way to make it right at this point is to proffer reimbursement for the additional expenses incurred in having these issues fixed and my vehicle returned to working order. 21) Diagnostic & Correction of Pinched Wire = $428 22) Rerouting of Transmission Cooler Lines = $0 (dealership generously repaired at no cost) **Total out-of-pocket expenses = $428 Best, Lori -------------------- Have to be honest, vehicle returned with more issues than it began with. Tuesday, May 16th – Friday, May 19th 1) Warranty that I purchased was deleted from AAMCO’s computer system. 2) Tracked down original invoice showing purchase of warranty. 3) Torque Convertor replaced. Monday, May 22nd – Friday, June 2nd 4) Returned vehicle because issue was not resolved. 5) Replaced solenoid, now informed car won’t start. 6) Replaced front pump that was damaged during repairs. 7) Came to pick up vehicle and it won’t start. 8) Owner came outside to start it for me (asked if I pushed brake down when turning key). 9) Stopped at nearby Speedway, once again vehicle won’t start. 10) After jiggling the steering wheel and gear shift the car finally started. Saturday, June 3rd – Wednesday, June 7th 11) Took car to dealership to double-check AAMCO’s work. 12) Dealership replaced parking neutral switch. Still won’t start. 13) Dealership ordered 2nd parking neutral switch. Monday, June 12th – Thursday, June 22nd 14) Dealership replaced parking neutral switch again. Still won’t start. 15) Dealership replaced solenoid. Still won’t start. 16) Dealership advised me to return vehicle to AAMCO to fix potential wiring problems that occurred after they replaced the torque convertor. Also informed AAMCO routed the transmission cooler lines improperly. *Incidentally, was not charged a single dollar by the dealership for labor, parts, or the loaner car they provided me the entire time my vehicle was in their possession. 17) Returned to AAMCO and told they will order and replace the neutral safety switch. 18) Informed no warranty for wiring issues, even those caused by the company. Handed booklet on warranty information. 19) No acknowledgement of improper routing of transmission cooler lines. 20) Return to dealership to have everything AAMCO messed up fixed properly. $$$

As usual, regardless of the name brand. It generally comes down to the locations personnel. Brought my Cadillac in to be serviced for a transmission issue. I also had a AC problem that I was dealing with. I was assured that this location would be able to service the issue. Long story short. I was lied to about the AC issue. Turns out not only did they sub-contract the work out to another location. (not even an Aamco) They didnt come close to getting it right. They of course charged me for the incorrect assessment. (thankfuly I refused to have the work done, which would have been a waste of more money) Two months later....the problem that I pointed out with the AC turned out to be something they overlooked because they dont do the work. Although Ron( the service mngr) lied and said that they did. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP. You will be nothing but a number and a dollar sign when you appear at therye door. Your better off bringing your car into the Aamco off N. High street. At least youll get an honest assessment.

I got a lifetime warranty repair on my transmission and as a result I have to take my car in annually to be inspected to ensure everything is fine. On 2 occasions before my annual I had issues and took my car in and it was fixed for free due to the warranty. I was even given time to pay on my car before getting it back at the initial time of repair and that saved me a lot of stress. 7 yes and still counting great affordable up front service with some of the most friendliest people you could ever meet!!! Thank you aamco especially the location I always go to on 6450 East Main Street Reynoldsburg Ohio!!!

Ron was really helpful in explaining the process they perform to diagnose my transmission issue. Two people test drove my car, then the mechanic pulled the transmission pan, and they did not find a problem. This gave me piece of mind the car was safe to drive. Ron said if the issue comes up again, stop back and they will look at the car again (it still falls under same invoice). Great customer service.

Honest. Brought my Chevrolet Malibu to this location to have my transmission worked on. Ron was great instead of doing the work and charging me, he informed me that my car was still under warranty and that I should take it to the dealership to have the work performed for free. That is something most people would have not revealed. I will definitely take my vehicle back there for any other repairs.

They did a great job! My transmission was gone. They completed it on time. The only hiccup was with an ABS sensor which they replaced for free during the checkup. They even checked a brake issue for me while it was in. No charge. Great service and very good communications. They kept me informed of everything.

This is my second visit to this location, (first for a transmission rebuild and now for two wheel bearing replacements). The service each time has been top notch! High quality work and great communication from Ron! I highly recommend this location for any of your vehicle repair needs! Honest, fair, and fast!

So far so good. At this point I have had my motor mounts replaced here for over $1000 less than quoted by Evans on Morse road. I have also had my oil changed with Mobil 1 for less money than charged at Evans. Overall everyone has been very nice at this location. I will return.
