This is by far the worst post office I have ever been to in my entire life! The employees are terribly rude, even the post master! My husband asked for a receipt for a package we had dropped off and they said they do not give receipts for pre-paid parcels that are brought into the office. When I proceeded to ask why would they not give me a receipt for my package like any other paying customer they said it was because of the pre-paid parcel volume. My husband proceeded to tell the "Post Master" he had just received a receipt for a pre-paid parcel just 2 days ago everyone began laughing at him and didnt stop until he left. This is by far the worst post office ever!! I would not advise anyone to go to this facility. Trust me from this day forward I will be more than happy to drive and hour or however long out of my way just to avoid this awful place!!!

PRO-TIP: If you order from Amazon, Amazon has a policy that requires delivery of their packages. Although Amazon likely has this policy in order to ensure higher customer satisfaction, this translates to the post-office leaving the package anywhere where is convenient. In this case, it was left in an open, unguarded mail room and subsequently stolen, despite my apartment complex having a parcel room that takes packages in order to avoid this kind of incident. So according to the post-office, they did all they could (delivering to the door is not an option in case of a closed parcel room), so if you order from Amazon and THIS happens to be your post-office, leave a special comment on your Amazon order to get the package delivered to your door.

This post office is just terrible. The employees are extremely rude, especially on the phone. I called after hours expecting to leave a message, and a woman answered and said the post office was closed. I just said oh okay, I just needed to ask a question, and in the rudest tone possible, she said "ok but the post office is closed". I understand they couldnt answer a question but there was no need to be rude. Also for a long time, the post office kept sending my packages to Pennsylvania, and it delayed the delivery. This happened 2-3 times before I finally filed a complaint to USPS headquarters. The workers either need to learn to act like working adults, or get replaced. I am very unhappy with this post office.

Incredibly rude employees. I fat thumbed my address on a package from FedEx that was first being sent to the Willoughby post office before delivery. FedEx told me that to call the post office to intercept it there and I should be able to pick it up. I call the Willoughby post office to explain the situation and the women on the phone only response was"No." I has to ask what she meant by "No" and her response was basically that out of her own laziness she didnt want to hold the package for my pickup. She was extremely rude and basically hung up the phone on me.

Ive visited the post office twice and both times the gentleman behind the desk was very polite and helpful. Also, just had to call the post office with a question; was helped by Cheryl who was also very polite and thorough. While I was on hold waiting for Cheryl to contact the delivery person for my route, another employee picked up the phone to check if there was anything they could do to help. Very pleased with the service Ive received! Thank you!

Literally the least helpful people. I called and talked to Sheryl rude and was not trying to hear what I had to say. Went in and the older lady was just rushing me out the door not even willing to check or help out in any way. Your better off figuring it out yourself to save from aggravation

if I could give half a star I would. As far as service goes I have never had such poor customer service. The staff is extremely lazy and just refers any issue questions or inquiries to their website. They do not answer questions or even bother to help in any way.

Ridiculous. Employees are laughing and lollygagging while the line of customers is out the door. This place is the epitome of why the post office will be out of business soon. I hope all these employees end up slinging hash at Dennys.
