Called today with a main line leak. They immediately sent someone out, which was fantastic. i realize it was Saturday and prices are higher, but 550.00 for one person working 1 hour and 30 minutes and a 10.00 part. Wow! When I called the office she told me 50.00 extra per hour because it was a Saturday, the tech evidently didnt think this was enough. He tried to talk us into a much greater expense with a procedure to detect exactly where the leak was, so glad we didnt, that would of been another 500.00 or more, end result over 1000.00. We asked him to please dig and see if it was where we thought and it was. Not a leak under our cement as suggested by the tech. On a positive note: I had used plumb crazy for another home, (last month) but a different tech and had a very good experience. That is why I had called them again. I wouldnt recommend Plumb Crazy of OKC mainly because of their inconsistency of pricing and overcharging per hour.

Plumb Crazy literally saved me $5000. I had my home warranty plumbers come out to my house because I had a clogged sewer line. They company that came out said I had too many roots in the line and that I need to replace all the water lines outside. The quoted me around $5500 to do all of it. I thought it was a little ridiculous that I had that many roots in my pipes considering I bought the house completely renovated even the plumbing was redone. Anyways I called Plumb Crazy and they sent Wade out and let me tell you he was amazing! He immediately went into the restroom that was backing up and pulled hair out of the shower and sink which helped the matter. Then he put his snake in the sewer line and hardly any roots came out it was other stuff that was clogging it. So instead of spending $5000 I spent $228 with Plumb Crazy and fixed the problem. I will definitely be using them in the future!

We called them to replace a outside faucet and he came and it was leaking under our house. He said that he wanted to jack hammer the floor in our bedroom we told them we would call the contractors to get them assess we paired 250 dollars, we called our contractor and they busted out the brick them we called plumb crazy to come back to fix the faucet, he did it is crooked and they charged another 250. We had a backed up drain and called plumb crazy again, why I dont know same guy came out he charged 250 said he needed to jack hammer our floor in the kitchen because we might have a collapsed pipe. Said it would be 2200.00, so we got a second opinion Rays sewer service came and used a probe to find our clean out which was buried. They ran a snake through it busted up the clog and had us extend out pipe up above the ground. They fixed it and only charged $130. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Recommended. Scott is our go to guy from now on. Scott and his helper James have been out a few times to address some major basement issues were having. Theyve been on time, very educational, patient, professional, and the costs were very reasonable for the work done. Hopefully, this big issue will be resolved soon and we can use them for smaller projects in the future. They cleaned up the house as best they could after hauling 1 ton of concrete/dirt up and downstairs. The office even called to reschedule a late afternoon appointment b/c Scott was running late that day. Im so glad because I got to take care of some business instead of waiting at home for him to show up. Very good practice. Estimates are free and a service call starts at 10 bucks ( I think). I think hes getting sick of my questions, but always finds time to answer them. :)

We used them a couple of times. Nice technicians. Made an appointment online yesterday for a specific time. That time came and went. When I called at 4pm the "manager" said she had called me *hours* ago and told me someone was coming. Theyve called before with no trouble and I had absolutely no missed calls or messages today. She was extremely annoyed with me. Sighed loudly a number of times. When I asked what we were going to be able to do about it she said "well I dont know" I still cannot use the plumbing in my house and I have no help whatsoever from them. I felt like a bother and a nuisance and was extremely put off by it. I needed help and was made to feel like my business was not welcome. This was frustrating bc we had used them before and had a neutral, if not positive, experience. we have since used another company.

Paul came out to fix a gas leak the day after Thanksgiving 2013. My in-laws smelled gas and we called ONG to check the leak . They found the leak in the fireplace and turned off the gas. They wouldnt turn it back on until we got the leak fixed. We had guests and now we had no hot water or heat. My wife called Plumb Crazy and kind of broke down because on top off all this shes due to give birth next week. Plumb crazy was very understanding and got Paul and another guy to come out quickly. They capped the gas line to the fireplace and removed some of the old line in about 90 minutes. The repair cost $350. With in laws in town and a baby on the way we were very happy to have the leak fixed and to have heat and hot water back on within 3-4 hours of discovering the leak.

I hope we dont need their help again, but if we do, they will be our first call. We just had a slab leak repaired by Plumb Crazy, and I have to say I am impressed. They located our leak for a flat fee, and then provided a written estimate. It turned out that complications with our house (leak was under and parallel to a A/C duct and the pipe was in contact with the stem wall) made the job more difficult than they expected, but they stood by their initial estimate when the job was complete. Under slab leaks are expensive to repair, but I appreciate that Plumb Crazy set our expectations before they did the job and treated us fairly. They also removed all the mess their work generated.

Absolutely amazing company!!! I know that 5 star reviews are not as "weighted" as 1 star, but this company truly deserves it. I have worked with Scott and Will on multiple issues at my residences and they have always been amazing. Knowledgeable, courteous, professional, heck they will even give a play by play of what they are doing and send pictures to your phone, or email as they do the job. Dont call Mullen. Dont call ACS. Dont call your buddies friend who "knows" what hes doing. Call these guys. Not only do they have the best prices for what they do, they have the best technicians then any company I have worked with in the past ten years. This is the company that does it right!

I came about Plumb Crazy after having a less than pleasant experience with a plumbing company assigned by my home warranty company. The other company was so unacceptable on the phone that I chose to pay straight out of pocket rather than the obviously cheaper route of using my home warranty ($75). Jennifer, right off the bat, made me feel that Id made the right choice just by how kind and professional she was on the phone. Scott was very nice, knowledgable & professional. He came out and fixed my problem very quickly, then showed me how to adjust the valve manually. They are reasonably priced and provide prompt service. Extremely happy with them!
