I had a horrible experience with Bacon Plumbing today. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY AS THEY ARE IN BUSINESS OF CHEATING WITHOUT GIVNIG GOOD SERVICES. They came as a part of their contract with American Home shield home warranty. I had to fix a shower knob which was broken and was leaking. The item is covered as per the warranty. The service man came for diagnosis , and said a screw on the knob was not from original vendor and so they cannot replace it. He took service fee of seventy five dollars without any service. His attitude was very rude. He said that Bacon plumbing can do the work without American Home shield and out of their contract for $340 plus another service fee. I WENT TO HOME DEPOT AND THE REPLACED PART AND SCREW WERE EXACTLY SIMILAR. I AM SORRY I PAID FOR THIER FOOD AND PAYCHECKS AND HELED THEIR BUSINESS RUNNING BY PAYNIG THEIR SERVICE FEE, BUT IN RETURN I AM HAPPY TO KNOW THEIR REALTY, ASS HOW THEY CHEAT PEOPLE. I called another LIcensed plumber after he was gone, and the parts and labor costed me just close to $100. The part costed me just $7.00

Blatantly dishonest. We are also AHS customers and I wasnt expecting much from them , but it amazed me how these guys can look you in the eye and say one thing, and then say something totally different on the phone to AHS. I get the impression they arent interested in doing any work, which works fine for them if AHS pays them to come out, look at the issue and then say(regardless of reality and physical evidence) that "its not normal wear and tear". Unfortunately, that leaves the homeowner in a real bind. There are other articles on the internet (I was trying to see if theres any point to a second opinion) that explain how AHS service people are paid the same whether they do the repair or decline the claim as not covered, but if they do the repair they have to pay for parts and labor out of their own pockets. I cant confirm that from my own experiences, but I do know personally that they avoid making the repair at all costs, they cannot be swayed by logical discussion or evidence, and they dont seem at all concerned about lying even if you confront them.

This prices are ridiculous. I called in they said $100 to come out which is understandable since its was after 5:30pm but then it gets crazy. They charge $145 per angle vavle (shut off valve undersink and toilet tank). That putting my total at about $500 for a total job of 15 mins all together. Angle vavles are no more then $10 at any store. I asked the guy why was it that much? He could not really answer my question and told me he would drop price for two to $71/piece for the second two vavle. $100 - to come out $141 - first angle vavle $71 - second $71 - third Totaling about $380 for 15 mins job that Ive done before. I regret calling them, I shouldve just waited for weekend and done it myself. I have had same job done at my businesses multiple times before In rockwall and they charge about $120 - $130 for samething.

These guys say one thing, and then say something totally different from what they said on the phone. Cody tried way over pricing me. I called in 9/19/17 to get a bid on a sewer snake retrieval, because it broke in half inside. Amy told me after various times that the service fee was $39 for them to come see what the issue was. She did not mention my bill would come out to $400, nor that there would be any other charges. Cody tried charging me a $79 service fee when Amy said they consider us residential and it would be $39. If I would have known all of this I would have gone with someone elses services.

Horrible company!! Never get service or have your home warranty company request them!! They schedule a service with me on 12/23 and never showed up and then after numerous attempts of emails and phone calls finally got someone to come on 01/09 and the guy walked in and walked out and without asking questions put a false claim in and had my home warranty company refuse to do the work. Took his money and left. Now I have to have someone else come out and pay them. This is just a money collecting company that sends young lazy kids out that dont want to do the work and leave!

These guys are awesome! I havent experience them for any residential needs as I am the GM for a commercial account of theirs for 5 years now, but they are readily available when I call them. Their friend staff of girls get us on the books usually the next day for service. Ive had them out to the lot one time for an after hours emergency issue and they took care of it with first class service even though it was midnight. The real pros here, nothing but the best. And yes, Everyone Does Love BACON! Great job to Ryan and Cody.

Bacon Plumbing came into our house July 18, 2015 to fix a pipe by welding in the wall. They were not careful and didnt check to make sure the embers were out before sealing the wall. They started a fire in our house. They accepted responsibility that day but we have not heard a word from them since. 2 years later and they claim it wasnt their fault. They are liars. They started a fire in our house, yours could be next. I would seriously reconsider and use someone else instead of these idiots.

I’m very pleased with Bacon Plumbing! My water main broke under my driveway on a Sunday. I contacted several plumbing companies in DFW. Not only were they one of the most cost competitive, but they scheduled me for 9am the next morning…and they arrived ON TIME. They encountered some additional difficulty replacing the line, but honored their quote. They left my yard as clean as possible as well. Nice people as well. I’ll use them again.

I was very impressed with the overall response and service by Bacon Plumbing. We had an emergency line break affecting an active restaurant that just opened and they were able to tunnel under the building and fix the broken main while it was active. Very impressive.
