This company was hired by Home Warranty of America to come and replace my gas hot water heater at my home in Mckinney. After less than a year I was standing near the hot water heater and smelled a strong odor of natural gas. I immediately contacted my gas company who was quick to come shut it off. I have since made several attempts to contact this company so that they could come out and warranty their work but have been unsuccessful at getting anyone to answer the phone or return my message. I would not recommend you use this company at all and for this reason I am giving them 1 star. UPDATE: So Anderson did send a tech out to fix the gas leak where the connection was bad BUT my home is up for sale and was inspected just to find that they did not connect water heater correctly to the vent pipe AS IN not connected AT ALL!

I try to use local small business owners for most work Anderson Plumbing came and replaced a control board and pop-off valve on my gas water heater. About a week later, the pilot went out and wouldnt light back. Call Anderson Plumbing again and gave them model and serial number of water heater. They said they would work on getting parts that day and call me back. I have contacted them daily for over a week (sometimes 2x per day) and have yet to receive a call back. I can only assume they dont want to do the work. They could have avoided this review had they been professional and called to say that! But not telling me ANYTHING is unacceptable. I dont recommend you use Anderson Plumbing of Princeton, TX!

Excellent service, honest and knowledgeable guys, very reasonably priced - after doing business with them I highly recommend them! They explained my options without pushing me to pick one over another and without trying to sell me extras I didnt need. I was able to make an educated decision on which option to pick. It is such a relief to get this problem fixed and without being out of pocket three times the cost. I now have the plumbing company to go to for any of my plumbing needs and they are the company I will recommend when my friends ask for a trustworthy plumber!

This company is not a reliable company. I have a rented house in Allen, TX. My tenant called the insurance company to fix a plumbing problem and they sent Andersson Plumbing. They said that this problem was not covered by my insurance. Initially they said I would have to pay $ 125.00 for the service. I live in another city and when I called them to see how I could pay, the amount was no longer the same, it was now $ 165.00. I authorized the service and they sent me a invoice of $ 225.00. In fact, my experience with this company was very bad. I do not recommend them.

I have used Anderson plumbing several times for jobs big and small. Excellent work, very fair pricing. In fact Im going to call them today to ask about fixing a leaky outdoor faucet. A neighbor that was also very pleased with them recommended the company to me. I have given their number to other friends. They, too, were happy they called Anderson. Highly recommend.

I have a sewer smell in my house. This company sent a guy out that spent 2 hours digging up my front lawn looking for the sewer line clean out. Finally exclaimed I must not have one. His report to the warranty company was that he didnt find a failure. They did nothing. Dont let these people near your plumbing. Youd end up needing to call another plumber.

Really over-stepping their boundaries when trying to schedule with the plumber. Completely rude and assumptive on the phone. They only want to work with you on their terms. No customer should be treated like that. Ill never work with Anderson plumbers again!

I have used Anderson Plumbing Company several times and I am pleased.. I have dealt with both Scott and Ben and they have been nice and they work hard. I think their pricing is reasonable as well. I recommend my friends to them often.

My sewer was plugged with roots. Called around 3pm and Matt came and had it cleaned by 6pm. This was the day after Christmas. I was very pleased with them and their price. I will use them again.
