Jason did a very good job on the difficult replacement of a tub P-trap and drain line for an upstairs bathroom in a rental apartment I manage. He carefully gained access through the downstairs ceiling to avoid an otherwise extensive repair. The result was an efficient repair saving both time and money for the landlord and minimizing inconvenience for his tenant. During the process Jason let me know of each step and the estimated cost. The result was an invoice for exactly what he had estimated...a fair expense, given the project. In the office, Jessica was helpful setting the appointment and alerting me prior to Jasons arrival. Jasons manager, David was patient when answering my questions and concerns.

Contacted Pope Plumbing via Messenger through Facebook, and they responded within 15-minutes. Arranged a technician to my home within the hour and waived the service fee. What did I have to lose - free consult/estimate, and no cost to me if I said no. Yancy arrived, reviewed my problem, and provided a quote. Since I was a veteran, he offered a (IMHO) significant discount on labor. I agreed to the repair, and he did everything perfect; actually, the repair exceeded my expectations. Very (very) happy with Pope Plumbing, and Yancy the plumber will be my first call for any plumbing needs.

Thanks to Pope plumbing for placing my plumbing problem on top of the priority list this morning. My bathroom and bedroom was flooded due to a broken fixture from the supply line to the toilet. Chris, the technician came within specified time range. He was very pleasant and courteous, explained well what had caused the problem. 5-star for courtesy of personnel from the receptionist to technician, ability to prioritize issues and response time. Quite a different experience I had previously with another plumbing company in Rowlett that was was rude and unprofessional.

I have used Pope Plumbing in the past, most recently just 2 weeks ago. My water heater was leaking and they were there with an hour of my call. The tech who came to my door was very professional. He even wore things over his shoes so he would not track anything into the house. He went straight to my water heater and went over everything with me about what needed. He helped me understand the process. The price was about what I expected and the job was done in about 3 hours. The City Inspector came out the next day and gave us a green tag. I will call them again!

I couldnt have been more pleased. Pope Plumbing couldnt have a better representative than Brian. If everyone working at Pope is like Brian, then Ill never call another plumbing company. Friendly, courteous and professional. (And the ladies Id talked with on the phone prior to Brian arriving were equally great. What a concept in this day and time!) My mother lives two doors from me and I told her that weve finally found a plumbing company well stay with. And I appreciated the same-day response. Thank you!

If you ever need a plumber, Call Pope Plumbing. They are prompt and reliable, courteous, do excellent work at reasonable prices, and they get back to you promptly if you call or e-mail with a concern about the job. They are super-honest: when our permit cost half of their estimate, they only charged us that half. They also clean up after themselves. Ours was a big project: replacing a major water line on a 1925-era building. Popw was our winning bid, and we are glad!

I set an appointment for them to come out and give me a quote. I had to reschedule the first time because they were running late and I had to leave for work. The day I rescheduled for they did not even show up and did not call us to let us know anything. So no I would not recommend this company. I do not know if they do decent work or not since I never got them to even come to the house but I think this shows what their customers mean to them.

Good guys! These guys are honest and they went out of there way to do a great job they replaced our shut offs and water pipes to all of our sinks and toilets and installed new plumbing fixtures for our shower and tub on a Sunday and did not charge any extra cost... They went out of there way to even flush out the water heater while they were there and did not charge us...... A big thanks to Pope Plumbing for a job well done.

I called Pope Plumbing this morning to get our water heater replaced and they provided very prompt service. Everyone from the front desk to the technician (Yancey) was courteous. The tech was very knowledgeable and did excellent work at reasonable prices. They are super-honest and took care of all permits. I would highly recommend Pope Pluming! Great Service!!

Pope Plumbing came out quickly when our Homeowner Association was in crisis. We had a pipe leak and the water to two buildings was cut off. Yancy was congenial and skilled. Excellent service! We needed a pre slab repair plumbing system leak check on both the drain and supply. I called Pope because I had heard good things about the company. These guys sent out a tech to my house when it was pouring rain to check on sewage pipe that had ruptured in the back yard of my house. He came checked it out, gave me and estimate and explained to me what the process would be like if I accepted. I did and everything has been going smoothly so far.

Trapper and another young man came to our rescue today when we had a very clogged toilet. They were extremely polite and very efficient. They were in and out, took care of the problem, and their charge was very reasonable. We recommend them and will use them again in the future!
