I bought a new dishwasher and had Schrade Plumbing install it, Dec 23, 2014. First they charged me for the second man who watched the other man do the work, about twice what the competition would charge. Spoke with a women, who said she was the manager, about being overcharged, and just got attitude about it, something about ‘sometimes they run into problems and need a second man’, and agreed to send out another person to secure it. They came out the next day and secured it, but they didnt level it, and it is not flush with my cabinets, like the old one. Have left them a note that they need to come back and finish the job, level it, and make it fit flush with my cabinets. Have not heard from them but they sent me a check for $70, but I still need them to finish the job.

Horrible and pathetic.. Phone receptionist IS the OWNER. OMG! Feel free to work with these people at your own risk.. They are trying to screw us for a $100 fee. Their people called three times to say theyre going to be late.. Then they came after dark and left a note without knocking.. Then want to screw us for a $100 fee.. The actual ensuing insults from the OWNER (lady) are not only shocking but a clear indication of how they run their business.. We had to cancel our card just to keep them from screwing us and NOT DOING THE WORK.. O. M. G.

Were in the middle of moving this spring, and the movers could not shut off water behind fridge and behind washing machine. I called another plumber who was going to charge extra because it was 4:30pm on Friday. I called schrade, and they came right out, and fixed me up for less than $150.. (This was the overtime charge at the other company!).. Did a great job.. Sad to have found a good plumber as we moved out of the area.

I have used Schrade Plumbing for approximately 10 years for various plumbing needs. I have done everything from re-routing water lines, to unclogging drains, to replacing water heaters. Their service is fast and their price is competitive. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to friends or family.

I have been using the schrades for more than 12 years. They are very trustworthy and dependable. I have never had a problem with any job they have ever done for me. I am moving to another county and so disappointed that I can no longer use them. You will not be disappointed.
