Horrible experience!.. Will never use again or recommend!...save your money & go elsewhere!!!! Was quoted an hourly price for hot water installation , then when the guys got there I was quoted a higher price because it was going to take two guys (was wasnt that mentioned with the phone quote I recd) all I saw the 2nd guy do was help get the hot water heater on the dolly from the garage and I assume help with the installation to some degree, but I did hear him (the 2nd guy) take a couple of calls on his cellphone and they sure as hell werent work related from what I heard.. Everything seemed to go well, the install was Friday November 11 & Monday night November 14 when I went downstairs to do some laundry I found water on the floor...one of the copper pipes was leaking above the water heater.... When I called in to get the tech back out to look at his work (now other than the hot water heater that had to be replaced, there was never a SINGLE SOLITARY LEAK from a pipe), he looked at it and said it wasnt his fault, the problem was with the fitting that he had nothing to do with......REALLY!!!??? and it was going to cost me another $156.00 to repair... after the initial $399 to install...the install was now costing me as much as the purchase of the hot water heater....So, what am I supposed to do?????? miss more time & money from work, and send them away? find another business that was more competent? or just bend over & take it up the azz?....you guessed it....option C....i dont have the time or money to keep missing work. SO THE LESSON LEARNED HERE ISWHATEVER YOU DO.....DONT USE OR RECOMMEND SOUTHSIDE PLUMBING!!!

10 minutes & a zip tie = $208 Dont use this company unless you are looking to get ripped off. Literally, 10 minutes in my home and applied a zip tie to my sump pump float and then turned around and charged me $208. When I called the company regarding this, they said there was nothing they could do and that I was told what the charge was going to be when I called. THEY DIDNT AND BASICALLY CALLED ME, THE CUSTOMER, A LIAR by arguing about the conversation. Worst communication and customer service skills I have ever seen with a company. Only gave them one star so that I could hit the post button.

Just want to say Thanks to Ray who was great to come and fix my leaky faucet during this busy Holiday weekend. He was fast and replaced the part quickly, even though he had trouble getting the old part off. And the clean up afterward was appreciated. Thanks Ray....

WAY OVERPRICED. Used my material and still charged me $400. They had a broken tool and charged me miles plus their hourly rate.
