I cant say enough good about this company. They performed post foundation leveling plumbing tests and determined that my plumbing had broken. They tunneled under my house in January while it was sleeting outside and made the repair. A twelve hour job they charged me $1200 for. I thought that was a bargain. I also recommended them to my father in law who was having problems with his older house, his toilets kept backing up. He called another company out (a major national branded plumbing company) and they roto-rooted his waste lines. That fix lasted a few weeks. I recommended Hole-in-one and they came out and roto-rooted his lines for half the price of the other guys and his lines have been clear for a year now. I recommend them to everyone I know. This company is an awesome company. I had a customer with multiple things wrong under the slab. We were trying to get the house ready for sell and this company came through for us. They fixed all three areas of the house, two bath areas, and on kitchen area, and did it in a professional and timely manner. As a business person some people want something for nothing and most of the bad reviews on this company is just that. they wanted a lot of work done and not pay much for it. I am a custom builder and we love the work done by this company in one of our larger houses we had to get ready for the market. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

We asked for them to snake our lines, but they only tried to unclog the toilet. Not only did it not work, but they scratched the inside of the toilet. I called them back, but they said their was nothing they could do. What a waste of $85. NO FOLLOW-UP. NO WARRANTY. NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR WORK.

Bad Customer Service. Repair still left flooding in kitchen. Asking more money to re-visit what they have done. That too trying to schedule after one week. How could you wait that long if its damaging the walls and flooding the rooms ? Very unprofessional customer care.
