We used Lefevers for an inexpensive mandated city inspection on our sprinkler system. Apparently, we were missing a part that we needed (we werent aware of this new part that was required). The employee called us from our home and told us what we needed; and that he would leave our payment (in form of a check that we had left at our house) since he wasnt able to do the work. We arrived home to find that he had taken the check! When we called the company the woman who answered the phone indicated that it would be no problem and to just get the part ready and then they would come out and inspect it for no charge. That too was a lie, as we found out later when we called to schedule. She said the owner told her they would have to charge us twice for one inspection (or once for no inspection as it were). If I cant trust these people with $20, I definitely wouldnt trust them for a large repair!

After spending over 2K to have both hot water heaters replaced in my home, I have had one quit working after just 32 months. I was told that although I paid for a 10 year warranty, I would have to pay the labor to fix whatever was wrong. I was told that, in addition, the 10 year warranty only covers the tank. THAT SURE WASNT EXPLAINED TO ME WHEN I WAS OFFERED THE PRICE FOR THE 10 YEAR WARRANTY! In addition, when they replaced my water heaters, the tech neglected to unplug the circulating pump and burned it up. Lefevers did not stand by their techs mistake and I had to pay $400 for a new circulating pump. I am not sure how this company is getting their ratings, but my experience is deplorable. Now, I have an inoperable hot water heater from them after just 2-1/2 years and they are not standing behind it. I will have a more reliable company service it, AAA Auger

I have used LeFevers for over 10 years, on a couple of rentals, and in and around my own home. I have never been disappointed. They price fairly, and have done work that had did not have to be redone. They are a small company, but care about their customers. If you have a concern about a bill, or time taken, they are willing to work with you, and even discount the bill if you think they worked too slowly. That happened only once, when they were using an apprentice, so I had my bill reduced.

Very good customer service! Great pricing! On time and true professionals! I would recommend them to everyone! Lefevers plumbing service was the best choice ive ever made saved me headeache and money!

My grandmother is 76 and they treat her with the most respect always a great price never has taken advantage of her
