What a terribly-run company! Were forced to use D&M for warranty work, but weve never had a good experience with them. They deferred us to another company for emergency services the first time we needed them. The next time we need them, they didnt have the parts to fix the problem, so they told me to call back in and schedule a follow-up instead of being able to make arrangements with the already on-site employee. They showed up on an unscheduled day when we werent home and left a "Sorry we missed you" flyer on our door with no explanation of why they came by, then missed our scheduled follow-up the next week. When I called in and complained, they said theyd send someone out after 6pm sometime in the same week so I wouldnt have to take another day off work. I didnt hear back from them, so I contacted them again; this time I was told that they cant schedule anyone after 3:30pm and that they had no record of our prior conversation. Out of frustration, I told them to forget about it and hung up... then, the same night, someone showed up at 6:30pm to take care of the problem. Ridiculously poor communication and organization; its amazing a company like this can stay afloat!

I bought a house was contracted to D & M for plumbing. They came to my house to check the water heater once, but they just readjust the thermostat. I could do that myself. I have submit my one year warranty to the builder DR Horton; they told me that I need to contact D & M Plumbing. Everything build inside the wall got to do with plumbing is cover up to 10 years. I call them and they try to throw that back to DR Horton.

Jay, an employee with D&M came out to change out the shower control in the guest bath. It would not regulate the water temp properly. He was very prompt, very courteous, and very efficient....in and out in less than an hour. No complaints at all, as a matter of fact I would call them again.....and request Jay.
