Our experience with In-House Plumbing spanned several weeks. All along the journey, the staff and workers were professional, patient, and responsive with all of the concerns/questions we had. Each phase of the project was explained before work began. We started when Rick came to the house to do a leak test. He did find a leak in the sewer lines and recommended an isolation test. Shawn, the owner, spent time with me on the phone going over information found on their web site related to how the isolation test would work. When the first isolation test was not as conclusive as Shawn was hoping for, he sent a crew out for a second test for further analysis. You want to be as precise as possible if you are talking about cutting a hole in the middle of your house. Once Shawn felt we had the best analysis we could get, he provided a video and diagram with multiple proposals. The detail of the information he provided was very helpful for this major decision. Shawn came to the house to review the situation personally and answer more questions. The decision was made to do a re-route of the sewer lines. We had plumbers in the yard for several days. Working through the August heat, humidity, and a 3 inch rainfall was a challenge, but they completed their tasks as quickly as possible. The following week, Shawn sent a crew to the house to ensure everything was completed based on our agreement and to our satisfaction. Because of the professionalism, attention to customer concerns, and the desire to provide quality work, we will be calling In-House Plumbing for any future plumbing needs (hoping they will only be minor ones).

We had a sewer line replaced and routed around the house instead of under the foundation. Everyone we dealt with from In House Plumbing was knowledgeable and courteous. After getting two other estimates I called Shawn who spent quite a while on the phone explaining the good points and bad about our situation and the other bids. He then sent Chris out to do a Free second opinion. This turned out to be a nearly three hour assessment and written estimate. Their bid was in the middle of three but closer to the low end. They scheduled the job quickly, showed up on time each day and even completed slightly early. Workers were respectful of us, our home and property. The final price was exactly the same as the estimate. We were pleased with the entire process and will recommend In House Plumbing to all our friends and family. They are definitely our new plumbing company for all our needs.

Being a Realtor, I advise clients to have a plumbing test done just to be safe. I used In-House Plumbing for a home purchase, this was for my parents, so I wanted to be sure no leaks as a leak under the home can be very expensive. In-House Plumbing gave me a roughly 4 hour window to expect him as I was not the first job scheduled of the day. Rick the Plumber called 30 minutes before saying he was heading my way and arrived 30 minutes later as planned. He explained what he was doing and looking for as he did his work. Very professional individual, gave me a quick review when done answering my questions and let me know my report would be arriving soon in email. Very happy with their services.

My first time to use them an it was a wonderful experience. They came out to clear a clogged sewer line and found it was broken. I had heard this was the problem from the prior owner. The diagnosis was consistent. They gave me a quote for the repairs that were very reasonable to dig under the home and replace the broken pipe. They started the following day and completed. And then the invoice came at the same price as the estimate. Win win. Ill use them again. Ps: we had a minor issue a few days following and they ran over the same day and checked it out at no cost and we resolved that issue.

In House Plumbing (IHP) came out to give us a 2nd opinion after we received a failed sewer test post foundation work. We were looking at a $455 - 645 cost just to find the leak. In House not only performed the test at the sewer clean outs but also inside our home by pulling the toilet up, something the first company did not do. IHP staff found the leak was isolated to an outdoor area, inside the sewer clean out. The leak was repaired within 1 hour and the charge was minimal, $150.00. I will definitely keep their number handy!

We are completely satisfied with the foundation leak repair done by In-House Plumbing - from the first contact with them to the conclusion of the repair. Every person was cordial and professional. They were punctual with appointments and very careful in protecting our home during the foundation entry--covering carpet, furniture, etc. We hope we dont need this kind of foundation leak repair again, but if we do, we will call In-House. We recommend them without reservation.

We have a problem with our vessel sink stoppers. Rick came out and was able to unstop the sinks but the stoppers need to be replaced. When we get the new parts they will definitely be the ones who replace them. Professional, very nice and honest. He wasnt here long and felt that it would be unreasonable to charge us for the time he was here because he was unable to permanently fix them so he only charged us the trip charge. I will be sure to recommend them often!

I had a broken sewer pipe leading to the back bathroom. In-House Plumbing was the only service that took measurements inside and outside the house and provided a visual diagram of the house with the repair proposals drawn in. The gave me two options and recommended the more expensive. However they were still under the other 2 quotes. They regularly kept me apprised of the progress and finished the job as promised. Im very pleased to have picked this service.

Great Job! Very professional company. They tunneled completely under my house to replace the pipes. They showed real concern for the customer and they were very conscience about keeping everything as clean as possible especially when we had the rain storm that turned everything into mud. I will recommend this company to anyone who needs a plumbing company that is honest and does excellent work.

I cannot say enough of the excellent job In House Plumbing Co. has done on the slab leak in our house. It was a hard-to-find leak under the slab. They painstakingly detected and fixed it. They went out of their way to fix the leak, and yet, did not charge us a cent more for their extra time and effort. This is a company that truly puts Customers First. Thank you, In House!
