Plano water dept. left me a note saying i could have a water leak ,,,turns out i did break under my house,,,, called RIDDELL plumbing in Mesquite they send out { Bears crew } , they arrive on time took few seconds to check where leak was ,, then with in hour half they had leak fixed and had reroute my water line also so the faucet is now much easier to connect hose to ,,, they were very polite, no messing around got on the job got it done ,, they asked me to turn all water on in house make sure they were all working ,, all the crew were very professional , have used this company twice ,, my daughter used them once after another company told her her pipe under house was broke ,after they ran snake thur her lines hit something ,,, ,, she wanted 2nd opinion she then called Riddell comp. ,they came out open up all lines [ no breaks ],,, ,,going on 2 years now shes had no problem with back up ,,this tells me they are honest company and we will not use any other company,,,, thanks ,,,,,,, RIDDELL PLUMBING,,,

My daughter called last Friday at 5:05 PM. She would be charged 290.00 hour. Glad I was there to overhear that. Told her to hang up and find a HONEST PLUMBER. People..... look around before agreeing to any price. Never pay per hour!!! Riddell Plumbing ... you work at a trade, you are not a Doctor or Lawyer. That 290.00 per hour you quoted will require more than a high school diploma. Stop ripping people off !!! Google average hourly charge for plumbers in DFW area...Riddell Plumbing is WAY over the normal price. Again if you need a plumber dont go with the first name that comes up. There are plumbers in the DFW area that charge a fair and reasonable price for their work.

I used Riddell Plumbing to install a new sink and change out my hot water heater in my place of business. They were very professional. I felt that the price was very fair. I loved that they explained to me all of my options and I did not feel like I was in the dark. I then used them a few months later when I had a pipe freeze and bust. Like I said this was my place of business and I was in panic mode. They showed up in a hurry and got me all fixed up in no time. From here on out I wouldnt use anyone else for plumbing.

I really like to support local businesses and Riddell Plumbing is one I can definitely recommend! I was without water due to a water line breakage. They were very prompt when coming out to give me a very competitive quote and equally as prompt in doing the repair once I gave them to go ahead. All the dirt that had accumulated on the sidewalk was also cleaned up and the work area was left very tidy. I would not hesitate to use this company again for any plumbing needs that may arise.
