Do not use this company. I was told I would get a diagnosis of what was wrong with my toilet for $65.00 at 12:00 to 12:30. So I took a long lunch from work well, a trainee and his helper SHOWED UP 3 HOURS LATE at 3pm. Once they arrived they pitched a brochure and would not tell me what was happening with my toilet unless I paid an additional fee for diagnose. His reponse was that the water wasnt plushing out the tiolet and Im thinking of course thats why I called you guys. I WAS NEVER TOLD ABOUT A DIAGNOSIS FEE until they arrive at my home. I did expect to pay more to have the tiolet fixed but after I understood the problem. Dont use this company. This was a classic BAIT AND SWITCH move. So instead Im calling Drain Doctor to fix my toilet that explained all of their fees upfront before they came to my home. I should have went with Drain Doctor in the beginning but I just thought I was getting a deal but it turns out theyre just not honest people again Metro Flow Plumbing customer service switched from super nice to defensive and mean after I made payment which was prior to me voicing my concerns.

So i normally post online reviews but i felt i needed to so other people dont get taken advantage of like we did. I called and they were at my house in less than an hour which was great however there was an $ 85 service charge with that i was ok with but then they try to start selling me all these other services and this and that then open their "book" to discuss pricing and found that for them to run a snake to unclog my pipes was gonna be an additional $555. So needless to say for them to cure my problem ran me $640 which i have had done before a few times for around $100. They were there for around a hour so they are making roughly $640 an hour. I wish i made that kind of money!! They did fix my problem but from now on i will take my business elsewhere where i can get the same job done for a fraction of the price And they only reason they are getting 1 star is because it would not post my review without giving at least 1 star. 0 star rating in my book

Be sure to ask price before you schedule an appointment. They use a standard price book and dont charge by the hour, so if the job takes 15 min or 15 hours you pay the same. I had an AC drip line clogged and they charged me $484 for about 20-25 minutes of work and another 15 minutes of telling me how their services work. The two guys were very professional and the job was completed and is now working properly but I feel they greatly over charge for their service. I have no doubt I could have had this job done for less than half what they charged me but I was in a time crunch so I just agreed to the rate since they were going to charge men the $85 just for the visit. I will not use Metro-Flow Plumbing again. Again just to be clear it was not about the work or the people that did the work but about the rate they charge for the work they do.

The two guys who showed up to do the work were actually two of the most clean cut and polite young gentlemen Ive come across in a very long time. America, there is hope! They explained everything up front in terms of the work they were going to do and the cost. No surprises. They were very knowledgeable and SO POLITE. I dont know where Metro Flow finds their employees, but they appear to hire only the best of the best. You can tell that client safety and the highest of professionalism is at the top of their list. A little pricey, but Im willing to pay a little extra for the comfort level. They were quick too. I dont think they were in the house more than 30minutes.

Way overpriced. They just charged us almost $500 for running a snake though the kitchen drain, which was less then 20 minutes of work. Thats over$1000/hour. Tried to up sell a bunch of other overpriced crap before and after as well including a "club membership" and and $75 bottle of drain cleaner. They had a nice flip book and although acted professional enough they reminded me of slimy salesman for an upscale dating service than plumbers. Would not use them again.

Wish I would have read the reviews first! Waist of time & $85 service fee! I kept asking when I called "How much is a line snake fee?" They kept telling me a plumber has to come out first. What has always cost me $150, they wanted $800. I believe they didnt want the job, just the service fee! Dont let them come to your house unless you just want to give away $85!

They have been to my home several times for different reasons. Everything was repaired or replaced and now woking great. The technicians were very professional and explained everything so I could understand the importance of what was needed. The warranty on there work is what sold me on them if anything goes wrong they will return to fix it no charge.

We needed to upgrade the water heater. Metro Flow Plumbing sent right away a plumber to our house. He not only installed a new water heater but also helped us to discover another leak in the pipes that needed immediate attention. It was really impressive the effort to not leave even a foot print in the house. Great service.
