Complaint Description: Very rude and disrespectful and trying to mock. I requested a plumber to come in who has a camera in case he needed to use it to detect roots in line. the customer rep send a plumber only to do the camera with 180.00 which I think is a misrepresentation of what I have requested. Further more the camera service has lot of hidden details that was not disclosed for example: 1. The camera can only inspect the main route which means it cannot get to the sub lines that fork out, which means it was no benefit for my situation. 2. You need pay 75 extra for each toilet to insert the camera because the camera head is too big and you have to lift the toilet. 3. goin through the roof (which is the right way to access) is something takes time so I wont do that for this price 4. it does not record/take pictures and no praphical report to prodcue with this service which makes it useless. The toilet only needed a auger to fix the issue which is very minimal. When I complained and wanted to talk to the super visor or the owner the front lady claimed she is the owner and started laughing. I am the kind if person who is not argumentative but even I was very very disappointed the way I was treated and misled. Finally when I threaten to complaint, the owner came on the phone and started to make me look bad which was very unprofessional and threaten to sue me if I ever write any bad comment. So here I am.

Horrible experience! First person was helpful and nice, We have roots growing in a small section in our main line. What should of been a one day processes is taking 4 days! We have about a 2 foot hole dug in our front yard right next to the side walk, thats not secure so any small child or even an adult could not notice and fall in! The hole is also filling up with sewer water (health hazard?!)! We was told they will be here on in a certain day to start work, they didnt show up til 3 days later! They didnt contact me to notify me about the schedule change nor that it would be a "several day" process!! That info was extremely important being that my 5 year sons birthday party is Saturday and I have about 15 small kiddos coming and running around (safety hazard?!)! Called the office about the issue and they have horrible horrible Customer service and was absolutely no help at all!! Feel like they are just "milking it" to get all the money that they can for this simple fix. We are renting so no money is coming out of our pocket for the repairs, but if it was I most definitely would of fired them and hired another company thats more capable of getting the job done right and in a timely manner! This is ridiculous and unprofessional, bad Customer service, and a horrible experience all around! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, YOULL REGRET IT!!

As first-time homeowners we had no idea what to expect when we had our first major plumbing problem. A quick survey of local plumbing companies brought us to Precision Plumbing. They had excellent reviews, and of course, now we know why. So naturally, what we thought was a simple drain blockage turned out to be something much greater – an antiquated sewer line collapsed in three places. (Did you know they used to make piping out of paper in the fifties? Paper?! It’s called Orangeburg, and it’s amazing ours held out for as long as ours did.) You can imagine our horror when we realized what this might cost us in both time and money. Diagnosis: our entire sewer line needed replacing. Reluctantly we realized we had to have this done. To their credit the guys from Precision Plumbing kept us educated every step of the way and were extremely upfront and informative. Not once did we think we were making the wrong decision. In half a day (and for a fraction of the cost I learned other plumbers wouldve charged us) they had completely replaced our sewer line AND main water line. To top that, everything theyve replaced is guaranteed for three years. Im sure with their expertise and professionalism, well probably never have to take them up on it. Would absolutely recommend to anyone – new or longtime homeowners.

I wish there was a rating for no stars because thats what this business deserves. When I rang up yesterday I was told a time to expect the plumber. Today, its been over 2 hours since the stated time and no sign of plumber nor a follow up call or any notification of any sort whatsoever! I rang up couple times today, the person who answered the phone didnt even bother to check which customer was calling to know what the inquiry might be. The response was just that the plumber is probably stuck at another house and will get there when they finish up!! Further, this man had the audacity to tell me that ALL of his customers wait patiently all day for their field plumbers to show up rather than call to follow up on the status and that they were doing me a favor by coming out today (despite the fact that none of this was mentioned when I inquired and requested service yesterday). In addition, the person on the phone personally told me that since I wasnt happy so far (as interpreted by him due to my two follow up calls) he personally advised that perhaps I might be better off finding a another plumbing company to take care of my issues. Appalling way to provide customer service and run a business!!! Wont be inquiring here again for any of my plumbing needs.

Unethical!!! Rip offs! I mentioned to PP that there is a leak from slab or underground somewhere. We agreed on the phone that PP will come and bring tools to detect where the leak is. They said the price is over $250 for them to come out and look at it. We AGREED that they will check for it. The plumbers show up 2.5 hours late, they attach a meter reading to the tap outside and then they determine there is no leak. It took them hardly 5 minutes. They refused to detect anything else & still charged me over $250. I asked them to use the tools and check for leaks since I am paying so much and they said it was waste of their time. WTF !!! I still have a leak problem. If they were ethical and cared for their customers, they would have said "We will first conduct meter reading and if we determine there is no leak there will be a $75 or $xxx service fee. If there is a leak, we will need to use tools which will cost another $200". What they did was not illegal or fraud but VERY UNETHICAL. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS !!!

Called for an estimation for a slab leak and my experience was TERRIBLE. The first call went very well. I was told that they would send somebody the same day, detect the leak and they do charge a trip fee if I decide to repair with somebody else. However, 2 hours later, the poor guy showed up without any tools to do any diagnosis. He just called the owner and gave me a price that is more than double the "rough range" that I was given during the first call and two options: pay half of the price, or pay the trip fee and hell leave. I tried to call the company back but the owner was VERY rude. He basically threatened me to pay the trip charge immediately or hell charge full repair costs and put a lien on house. What a liar. I should have listened to other reviewers. NEVER NEVER NEVER do business with them!
