I reluctantly had to go back to work when my daughter hit 3 months old. I had always heard pretty good things about Kindercare and did my research about other facilities but kept coming back to the Kindercare as the best option. They offered my husband and I a tour and told us to just drop in on them to see how things are run. We met with the director and a few of the teachers and I felt as good as a mother could feel about leaving their baby in someone elses care. For the first month my husband dropped her off due to our work schedules so I never really saw how things went in the mornings with my daughter until recently. You know your child is in the right place by the smile on her face when you walk in. She is always happy to be there and the teachers are amazing. The facility is always clean and tidy. All the child safety measures are in place. They write up a nice little report card for each day explaining when baby napped or pottied and what kinds of fun activities they did. I like how kindercare has a learning program they follow for their kids. Its not just drop them off and let them do whatever - they are constantly playing, singing, learning for whats appropriate with the age group. Thank you Kindercare for taking such great care of my little girl.

... recently I had a problem at this center, Sunnyside Kindercare in happy valley oregon, where my daughter was groped in the bathroom. To my understanding the teacher was so busy , probably because the classes are overcrowded and understaffed, that a boy snuck into the bathroom and touched my daughters private parts. I voiced my concerns about the incident, and immediately the teachers started to blame my daughter for what happened. The center director Lindsey has been calling trying to extort money from me. Stating I owe 1000 dollars. Because Im to put in two week notice before I move her daycare. She also stated that she and everyone up there is scared of me and my wife. Funny thing is , this is the first time Ive heard about anything like this. Only reason she is stating she is scared is because they are liars, trying to extort money from me. Do you think its right to charge someone 2 weeks after their child was groped on her private parts? I dont. And for them to blame a 4 year old girl who was the victim is crazy. Im just putting it out there that this facility is run by immature high school minded people. And it is not safe for your kids to attend this center.

I cannot say enough good things about the KinderCare Learning Center on Sunnyside in Clackamas. My son attended pre-k and Kindergarten there as well as summer and winter camps and his experience was top-notch. Everyone on staff is highly trained and wonderful with children and the Kindergarten teacher, Miss Karen, is quite simply the best teacher I couldve ever asked for. I just wish that KinderCare went up through all of the grades so that my son could stay there for 1st grade and beyond! My husband and I are very particular about our sons education and care and we recommend KinderCare Clackamas without hesitation.

Excellent care! When my child was an infant she had acid reflux and a multitude of problems. The caregivers were always well educated and understood exactly what she needed. I have to say that I received an education from those teachers. I would recommend this place to anyone. My daughter is older now and when she was taking the Spanish classes she would come home every day speaking in Spanish. She loves her school!
