I am writing this review to parents who are looking for a "safe" early learning facility for your child. My husband and I withdrew our child from this center after a significant amount of incidents and injuries. The final injury that occurred is the one that prompts us to write a review for other parents who, like us, were in the market for a safe, affordable, care center in our community. Our daughter was dropped off at the daycare center in the morning at her usual time and picked up a bit earlier than usual. When she was picked up she was fussy and within the first 10 minutes after getting her into the car my husband noticed that she was not using her arm at all. She howled in pain if we tried to touch or move her arm/hand in any way. We immediately drove to the doctors office for an examination and x-rays. During this time several phone calls were made to the care center in search for explanation of this injury. A total of 6 messages were left for the daycare center during business hours. It wasnt until the following day did I receive a phone call back from the owner. After a lengthy discussion she was not able (or willing) to provide any type of explanation as to why our daughter did not have full use of her arm. She stated that she felt it is best if we do not continue to bring our daughter to her center because she is, "too little, and too much of a climber" (please note: the age of acceptance at this center is 12 mos per their protocol; our daughter is 18 mos old). In addition, she stated that she feels that our daughter is a, "red flag" because she has had so many injuries under their care. The lack of explanation as to how our daughter was injured and the amount of time that it took to receive a call back is unacceptable. It speaks volumes about the center and the care that a child will receive while in their trusted custody. The owner clearly feels by her comments that she and her staff are not qualified to care for children who are in the toddler age range or adventurous. I highly recommend that all parents to seek other care centers before enrolling your child in this facility.

I couldnt disagree more with the first review written. I enrolled my daughter at Little Scholars in April of 2012 for a short time while my husband was deployed and my pregnancy became very complicated to look after my one and a half year old. New routines can be tough on children, especially when they are used to being at home with mommy. Everyone there accommodated the tears, pouting, tantrums, and general fussiness that my daughter went through while acclimating to her new surroundings. After two full months of fits, she began to really flourish in her environment. Her talking became more clear, her motor skills were more sharp, and she is excited every day to go to "esquela. (thanks, miss maria!) She loves it there and I trust them absolutely. My only gripe is that I cant enroll my newest addition quite yet! A+

My oldest son, who is now almost 5, has been going to this school since Nov 2011 and loves it here. Every day he wakes up excited and anxious to go to school. Im currently a stay at home mom so daycare is not necessary, however, the interaction and instruction he gets there makes it definitely worth it. He is always coming home with something new he learned or telling all about what they had done that day. The owner and staff are very friendly, and I have never had any problems. In Sept when he moves on to kindergarten I will not hesitate one bit to enroll my youngest son. I would definitely recommend Little Scholars.

The best part about this school are the TEACHERS!! I really appreciated how they actually said hello to the parents each time we come in to get out kids.. and how they voluntarily let me know about each of my sons day.. that ment a lot to me:) and also how they kept the school year simple such as not participating in ALL of these worldly hoildays.. no confusion at all for the little ones. Just the seasons of the year. This school is the BEST. REALLY:)

My daughter attended Little Scholars until she started Kindergarden. The staff are very accommodating and are like family to us. I almost wish my daughter hadnt gotten older so she could continue attending Little Scholars.
