Employees on phones and talking to each other instead of interacting with the kids. Always seem uninterested and irritatable. They also wear political pins all the time, and one time were literally having a conversation about genocide right in front of my child and another toddler as I walked in to pick him up. The manager also is very snarky, and disrespectful. Charged us an extra month when we left.

I was so unimpressed by just the woman who answered the phone. Has she ever thought that when people call seeking information, they are judging how well they are responded to? She was extremely rude and abrupt. Maybe look at some phone etiquette training. By the way you treat a parent, Im scared to think of how you handle little ones!

daughter has been attending for about 2 months - so far so good! The location is downtown, the facility is small, and close quarters. But, the staff is friendly, the center is clean, and my child seems pleased most days coming and going.
