Food was amazing! Had a Steak bowl with brown rice, black beans, lettuce, sour cream, shredded cheese. Steak was tender and full of flavor, all ingredients portioned evenly. There was plenty of food for the cost and true to their advertising, everything was fresh. The menu is fairly easy to understand, simple, but with plenty of choices. The whole restaurant is immaculate, bathrooms are sparkling clean. I witnessed common food safety procedures (appropriate testing of temps) as well as every member utilizing gloves in food preparation and wiping of surface areas. When a piece of steak fell off my plate onto the counter it was put into the trash, not back into my bowl. Service was friendly and as quick as they could reasonably make it. One of the things I appreciated most was the selection of craft beer available! I will be returning here frequently.

Me and my girlfriend go here all the time, the food is just great and the employees make us eat here even more than we probably should. They are very personable and nice. Since weve gone here so much last night the guy who checked us out offered to pay for our food since we were such loyal customers. We have never had any problems with them and if we had any issues with out orders they have more than made up for it. We will always choose here over anything else. Thanks guys!

We have came here a lot over the years, it is really hit and miss. It is close to campus which is why we would go more often. This is the second time we have been here the last couple of weeks. Each time, both our bowl and burrito barely had any meat in either. I am currently looking at half a burrito that has been all rice with some random beans in it. One saving grace point is my son loves his quesdilla and I am really wishing I would of got that instead.

The customer service is very good and they are friendly as well. The only problem that I had was that they werent very well informed on their delivery policies. They told me that the 3rd party delivery company that Chipotle uses would be able to deliver our catering order but when I called the 1-800 number I was told that their location was not apart of the delivery option. Get them informed and this will be the best place for a burrito! :)

About what youd expect from high-end fast-food. Good stuff but not much variety. Price is moderate which is nice. The Chipotle company has had problems in the past with contaminated foods. Good place if youre looking for large portions and flavor on the cheap, but a step above regular fast food. Would rather buy from a local eatery however.

I ordered a large last-minute office lunch and the Chipotle team was very helpful and able to get everything together in an hours notice. They even threw in extra chips, which was appreciated! Thanks, Drew, for your great attitude. Our crew was very satisfied with their lunch!

It had attentive employees and the venue was good except for the tables were all dirty and same goes for the bathroom. As for the food it was as dull as cardboard with a hint of lime. Also the price is moderate but for how tasteless the food is I felt like I was ripped off.

Probably the worst Chipotle location Ive been to in that Ive never been served such a small portion before. I get more food for my money at other locations. Other than that, food tastes great and establishment is clean and close to the OSU campus.

I used to work here and the quality of the food has remained as good as web it opened. I havent worked here for some time and I still enjoy eating here based on food quality alone. However the restaurant is also very clean! 5 stars earned.

One of my least favorite Chipotles. They are stingy on portions, never seem happy, and the rice is undercooked. Its the only one in town, and each time Ive driven thru and stopped, Ive been disappointed.

I am a Chipotle fan. The only thing is this branch of Chipotle needs to speed up the line a bit. I am from Arizona and they know how to get things done quickly.

Really nice location, the building is modern. Most of the staff are great but one of the guys was pretty rude. Great location, across the street from campus.

Its a Chipotle. Lucky for this location it is across the street from OSU. In my opinion it is superior to Qdoba. If you want an 8 dollar burrito, go for it.

Always hot inside, sometimes the speed of service is pretty slow. Still, its a decent option on that side of campus if youre pressed for time.
