Blackbird Catering just catered my daughters wedding, it was awesome, the food was wonderful and there was plenty of it!! Trent and his family were amazing to work with and so obliging to all our needs. We have had many compliments from our guests and a great time was had by all. Didnt even get the chance to experience what they had to offer due to the owner not calling back to schedule for our wedding when he brought so many ideas and seemed enthusiastic. Very discouraging to represent your company to being reliable and not answering or call back a customer to tell them you were not even interested in the beginning.

We hired Blackbird to cater a graduation gathering. The food was outstanding...a nice blend of traditional fare with some unique dishes as well. They went out of their way to make sure our party was a success. We found the staff to be personable and easy to work with from beginning to end. Thanks so much!
