Got home without one of four sandwiches I ordered. Called and indeed it was back at the store. Went to pick it up. I was told that I had been asked if the fourth sandwich was mine and had said no. I had no recollection of saying so. I was then told I had not been charged for the sandwich. As I had refused my receipt, I asked and was given a copy and sure enough I had not paid for it. I was happy to pay for it. Here is what I was not happy about: having to make two trips to get my food and having been blamed, in effect for the error. A disputable conclusion. Not a word of apology or responsibility on the part of the person helping me. Left with a bad taste in my mouth.

EDIT: Heard back from the owner a day after the complaint was filed with the company. She assures me that the long wait time has been remedied. Ive updated the review to reflect the change. Waited 35 minutes for a foot-long (mainly due to understaffing and slow service from the one employee), and sadly this isnt the first time thats happened. In the past two weeks I have been there four times and I had to wait longer than 20 minutes two times. I love subway, its the only place I regularly go to for fast food, but one more time and Im done.
