I went in the store today about 2:50 pm, there was no one at the counter, I waited, finally someone came to the counter, asked me what I wanted, I told her the cheese bread with the price under it of $2.99, she picked up that bread and asked how I wanted it cut up, I told her, then she put the bread in a plastic bag and started to charge me $3.09, i said that is not the price, it says on your shelf $2.99, she said well we changed the price, is it OK to charge you $3.09 twice, I said no, give me my money back, I looked at her badge, it said (Manager), I asked her if she was the manager she said yes and I said it is not right to charge more than the stated price on your shelf and walked out of the store thinking what kind of management this is? It is true that the amount of the difference was very insignificant, but I felt that was wrong, especially from a manager..

When Panera Bread first moved to Corvallis, I was super excited. Their pasta was delicious and, of course, the bread was good. Unfortunately, as time has gone by, all but one of the pasta options has been cut from the menu. Additionally, they often seem to be running out of silverware or bowls when I go there, meaning that I end up with a to-go bowl when I am eating in the restaurant. Dont get me wrong, I still highly recommend Panera Bread. However, after a couple of experiences where they have been out of the food I requested or I have received a dirty piece of silverware, I have to give them 4 stars instead of 5.

I would not know if the food is good or not, because we ordered food online and 2 hours later cancelled the order. Several times during the 2 hours leading up to the cancellation we were told the order had arrived, the location had to borrow a driver from Salem so the driver didnt know their way around Corvallis. We were told it should be there any minute, had to call and check after a few minutes passed, kept checking in and no one showed up. Then we were told the ordered had been intercepted by the manager and had no idea what that even meant. If I could rate it a 0 star I would.

Good pastries and decent soups and sandwiches. Its a fast food place with a good reputation. Though their prices are a little much for what you get and what you know it really is. The smoothies are a big disappointment, watering tasting and texture and doesnt have good flavor and the size for almost $4.50 is depressing. Not worth doing smoothies there. But my fiance and I like to stop in a couple times a month when we want something light. Wont get a smoothie ever again but we will always keep going there.

Panera used to be a lot better than now, I feel like they have become more like other fast food places lately, sacrificing quality for speed. I ordered a grilled cheese from them recently and it seemed like all it was was unhealthy white bread lightly heated up with fake cheese in between, it was not as good as ive had before. I dont think I can really recommend Panera anymore nor will I be going there as much, there are way better places to go than here.

One of my favorite places to eat in Corvallis. The food is excellent and the staff is terrific. Its a relaxing and casual place to enjoy. No alcohol beverages served. Great choice of drinks and menu items. Try a soup and sandwich or salad and sandwich. Free wifi is availiable. Try a loaf of bread or desert to go. Meals can be eaten there or to go. Pleanty of seating. College crowd and couples favorite place.

Oh my yum!!!!! Fast service, great food, and very accommodating. I have a lot of allergies and they are able to work with me to make sure my food is good for me! Will definitely be back over and over again. I got an everything bagel made into a sandwich with cheese, avocado, spinach, and cucumber with a small coffee. Excellent!

I thought the food was fantastic, the service was a little scattered. We didnt notice at first that they had forgotten the egg on our sandwiches. When I went up to ask about it they apologized and promptly made two more sandwiches. I would definitely recommend this place.

Very friendly staff. One of only a handful of restaurants/cafes in Corvallis that we like. Always clean. No server ever grabbed food after handling money (something that we witnessed in just about every local and "sustainable" bakery in Oregon ).

Not much if you are gf compared to most places in town. Spendy for kids as the drink is extra. That makes a kids meal over $7.00. That is a lot for pb and j or a grilled cheese. Best,for adults. Awesome salads and soups.

Great location, large parking lot is shared with other businesses so parking can be tricky at times. Food is good proportions, though the salad could have a tad more lettuce.

Wonderful and reasonable priced baked goods. Reasonably good food although their prices on food has edged up (soup and sandwich $11.00+). Fast, clean, good service, free WiFi.

Excellent friendly staff, otherwise this location underwhelms. The food didnt seem that fresh. The layout is not very comfortable. Wifi signal was low in several areas.

Really fast service for lunch time. The Italian was good. Tomato soup was good also. Kinda pricey though. It cost us 23 bucks for 2 sandwiches and 2 cups of soup.

The food is excellent. Love their soups, salads, and sandwiches. Bit pricey, but worth it. Very trendy and lots of college students. Buy a baget to take home.

Their salads are so fresh, the chicken is amazing. We like the turkey bacon bravo and the chicken strawberry lemon poppyseed salad, so refreshing.
