While Renee is a superstar, I had a bad experience with the other colorist Rebecca. She colored my hair to "blend with the gray", but left an even inch uncolored all around the roots, so I came out looking like an aging clown. I was definitely not happy, but I did not want to have her touch my head again. Apparently if I get someone else to fix it or fix it myself, they will not refund their money. So I paid >$120 for a dye job that made me look unprofessional and weird and I am just supposed to live with it? No, of course I fixed it right away. Who wants to walk around like that? I certainly didnt. But this is what "Perfect Look" salon does for dissatisfied customer ---- NOTHING!!!! I did not have time to take another three hours to get this thing fixed by the same person(NO WAY!), so instead of standing by their company and having some type of standards about customer service, they sic a guy from TEXAS on the phone with me to "diffuse the situation", he was very rude. I called the manager to complain (same person as who did my hair). She wont stand by her work. They are cheaters and liars in this company. DO NOT GO THERE unless you see wonderful RENEE. Bye Renee, I will miss you, you were great, I should never have let another person there touch my hair. It was a big mistake, it looked awful and I should NEVER have been charged as an unsatisfied customer. Rebecca, you should stand by your work, and DEFINITELY refund me, but you chose to go with "company policy", blah blah blah. Well, guess what, I am going to tell EVERYONE I KNOW in this town about this, and I will NEVER FORGET IT. You will LOSE CUSTOMERS .... NO ONE DESERVES to be treated like your company treated me. PERFECT LOOK will NOT STAND BY THEIR WORK. That is to bad for the good stylists that work there.
