I live in Monmouth about a block away and havent even heard of this salon. I was searching through the web and I find her salon and decide to make a call on August 8th just to see her prices for highlights. She actually had me come in 20 minutes after I called her so she can check out my hair because I have extremely thick hair. Then we booked an appointment for Friday the 11th. After I got home maybe 15 minutes later she called me and asked if I wanted to come in at 6 so she could do my hair and her hours are (10-6) everyday but Sunday. So she stayed after closing to do my hair which took 2 and a half hours. When I was finished I was completely satisfied with my results. She did an amazing job! Also has such a sweet attitude an kind heart! Definitely recommend this place!

Tried to make an appointment with her and she was very rude when I asked if they can do 2 at the same time. Then she proceeded to cut me off and tell me that there is no one in all of Polk county that could do 2 at the same time and that no one has more than one chair. Which I find interesting because I have now found 6 or more places that do 2 or even more at the same time. I get that she couldnt but I didnt appreciate her tone and her lieing to get my business.
