While I respect fully that hair color is an art where results cannot be guaranteed, where a dissatisfied customer is concerned, especially in this confidence giving or taking industry, tact is required. Young girls and young women sometimes have a hard time expressing their lack of comfort to a "seasoned professional" and it is that professionals responsibility to care for the client until a satisfactory result is found. Be it in an apology, care recommendation for chemical burns sustained at your salon or simple politeness. I know you have many satisfied customers and I am glad of so much, but sometimes character is defined in how we handle our foul ups.

I have gone to bodica every time I need my hair done since I moved to Junction City earlier this year. I am a busy mom and they always find time to schedule me in and do an amazing job. The girls are young and fun and definitely know what they are doing. I tell everyone I know to give them a try!! Its my new go to when I need some pampering :)

Horrible, she ruined my hair, cut it dry before even washing it and the color job was a joke and the cut is terrible. I would never go there again nor would I ever think of recommending this place. If I could put -5 stars I would.
