First I must say I love Andrea. She has been so helpful and caring to me. I was referred by my friend. I had so much trouble with hair colour I would be in tears between the rash swelling and itchiness. Andrea coloured my hair and the next time I seen her it was the same issue I was having. She kept percervering as I. Yes it took a long time. With Andreas determination and my stubborness because I was not going to accept the fact of grey hair we finally had a solution. In fact today I tried a non ammonia colour for the first time and nothing. I am so thrilled. I love it. No reaction what so ever. I just adore Andrea cause she listens to what I have to say. I will be honest with her and say yeah or neigh. There are not to many professionals out there that do listen to their clients. Ive been seeing her for at least 2 years now and I am not leaving. She has helped me more than she knows. The rest of the girls when you come in the door make you feel welcomed. The staff that I deal with are just great. I am grateful to Becky for referring me and grateful to Andrea for all that she does.

Ive been going to Karma Salon for well over a decade and have always had a fabulous experience. When my own stylist went on maternity leave I still received great care and service from another advanced stylist at the salon. In the last few years, my daughter has also become a client. As a teen, she is keen to try all the latest trends in cut and colour and has no hesitation in allowing her stylist be as creative as she would like! All staff at the salon are professional, helpful and courteous and I HIGHLY recommend Karma to all my friends and family. Keep up the great work!!!
