This was a terrible experience and will NEVER go there again. We usually go elsewhere but they were closed and my son needed a haircut pretty badly so we stopped by. First of all, it was pretty dirty inside. The girl who cut my sons hair started by buzzing his head and leaving the top long and spiking it up...ok so far, except she told him that he was ready and that his hair was staying that way. This caused him to start bawling. Due to him crying so much, he started shaking so she then told him that if he didnt stop moving his hair was going to look ugly, this only made him start crying again after he was calming down. She then asked me to hold his head because it was late, they were closing and she wanted to go home. OMG seriously? How completely unprofessional! Never have I ever had a hairdresser be so bad as this lady. PLEASE do not take your kids here! There are other cheaper and nicer places in the city.

I came here about 4-5 months ago and it was amazing... They worked with my hair after I had visited several places that refused to because of the damage I caused from dying my hair multiple times. He removed the harsh dye and put in a Carmel color to my hair to compliment my faces and natural tones. I came back today to get my hair cut

Rude staff the whole time I was there they kept calling me wedo.. very rude and unprofessional of the staff and on top of that they messed up my haircut... the whole experience of this place was just bad and made me feel very uncomfortable.. I will not be going back

I know a good hair cut then I see it and this place is mostly trashy unless you get the right barber. The best are definitely el cubano and the owner for men, the owner is the best one Ive seem in my ifetime
