This is my 2nd week at Crunch, and I love it. I was told anytime i want i can change my membership, and add my Husband if i want for 9.99 more. or upgrade my package w tanning. etc. no hassles no stipulations.. and of course if i want to cancel do in so many days w no trouble.. no questions etc.. Thats great. I was really nervous bc Ive not been to a gym in prob 15 yrs and i feel comfortable, and at home here. Esp the First few days, they really went out of way to help me feel welcomed. Its was wonderful. There is a good variety of age groups. And all types of ppl, So you dont feel your a minority, Its Just ppl working out. It has been busy at times but ive never had problems getting on anything. But ive not come at night yet. So maybe a difference. Its always super clean, the staff are Awesome w any suggestions, questions, And Always are Giving encouragement, Complements to keep you going! They want you to succeed, are sincere in your Journey~ The trainers are awesome, I have Allison and she is amazing, They all go beyond their jobs here. I would recommend this gym to anyone. Who can beat a great atmosphere, clean gym for $10.00 a mth??? Ive checked out Cascade, others in the area and even my neighbor who goes to Cascade for years says its old, outdated but goes bc all her friends still go there. Thats nice but i was not sure what i could commit to, sure didnt want a contract. Plus, i was not willing to pay out 100 or more to join, get a contract and pay out 40 plus a mth and that doesnt even include pool privileges etc.. NO thank you. I even questioned Cascade on FB openly why they could not just give a up front solid answer on price, always force you to talk to a representative or manager who then tries to pressure you Tremendously into a contract you do not want. They lol came back w a stupid same answer as before lol, Saying id need to talk to someone and its too complicated to sum up, Again NO thank you! IF youre looking for a great price no contract great gym w great staff, and a great assortment of work out pcs...well, this will certainly be the GYM FOR YOU. IF not go to one of the others i say.

The equipment isnt too bad, but there is a lack of real gym protocol. This is a commercial gym with mostly weekend warriors and late starters who dont have a clue. Every day people go in there and sit on machines doing little or nothing completely oblivious to other members waiting to get to that machine to do their workout. The place is also overrun with illegals. Illegal gym members and illegal workers. There is also the gay crowd that loves to run around the locker room naked even though there are signs telling them not to. Its sickening, but its cheap and its close to where I live. I just try to do my workout and forget about the environment.Having said that, they do have some pretty good equipment, albeit a piece of equipment out of order can stay out of order for a long time.

IT’S A FAUX GYM!!!! I went over to the rack to do squats and to my surprise the bars are attached to tracks. Because free weights incorporate the stabilizing muscles that enable you to perform the movements you choose to make and are more effective in producing overall muscular strength and power gains these faux free-weights are just plain silly. I asked the girl at the desk if they could supply bars and an area to do squats, deadlifts, cleans, etc. She said “no” and she tried to convince me that most people bring in their own bars and do squats in the middle of the walkway, LOL sure they do. If you are serious about fitness and strength training involving free-weights, than this is NOT the gym for you. I just wish they would have been upfront with me in the first place.

Ive been a member for a few months now and I truely enjoy it! My trainer is Dylan is great!! I have a brother who hurt himself weight training and Dylan is helping me with weight lifting and keeping in mind that I want to push myself but listen to what my body is telling me. The people here are always smiling and welcoming. Sure they get busy at times at the front desk but who wouldnt with the gym prices they have. When I signed up they were very forth coming with any and all information with billing and how to cancel if I wanted to in the future. I do not feel locked into anytjing or that the staff is hiding anything from me. I feel they want to give me every oppurtunity.

ive been working out there since january. the only problem that i have had is that only sometimes does the weight area get a little packed. there was a review that complained about them not having an un-assisted squat rack, so they got one of them now. the staff has always been polite. the gym is always clean. they have plenty of weights and machines to work your entire body. and for $10/month its not bad at all. you can pay that little and expect valet and towel service, i dont know why people are so entitled at the gym. but for $10/month you get everything you need and i think they do a good job over there.

NO FREE WEIGHTS IN THIS PLACE!!!! This place is not a real gym. The only free weights in the entire place are dumbells and 2 bench press stations. There are zero barbells for any other exercise besides bench presses. They have machines only to do squats. And there is no way to do basics free weight lifts like deadlifts, overhead presses, cleans or anything. And because the only 2 barbells in the place are part of the bench press, you cant comandeer them them to do other lifts. Management says free weights are dangerous and they are not going to get any bars. What a joke! Only go here if you are a treadmill queen!

Do not waste your time with this gym! The accounts manager WILL NOT fix account issues with your account if HER OWN STAFF doesnt take the time to note it properly. Twenty dollars not being refunded is not an issue, but their "rules" only serve to cover their laziness. I worked at a superior gym when I was younger and this kind of mistreatment of their members would NEVER be allowed. Do yourself a favor and go to Cascade Fitness, Planet Fitness, 24 Hour Fitness, or even LA Fitness...any of them would have to have better customer service than this place!
