Mystic Madman

Since April of last year, I have been dealing with Tiffany, her husband and friends harassing myself and other customers. The management informed me that “this has been a problem in the past” where Tiffany decided she does not like a particular customer and has targeted them for harassment and I have met other people who were also run off by Tiffany and/or her friends. After 6 months of being stalked, taunted and laughed at by this group of people, I finally gave up hope for any actual “help” from the club and quit my membership in August; my wife chose to keep her membership but she has had to modify her schedule so that she can only go to the gym during working hours in order to “make sure” Tiffany and her group of bullies do not misbehave. As I made very clear to the Anytime Fitness staff, my wife and I are both combat veterans and we BOTH have severe PTSD from our duties overseas. This means we do not handle stress the same way that other people do and any serious amount of stress can cause severe relapses. Having Tiffany and her crew stalk me for 6 months, with Anytime Staff promising me that “It was taken care of” did me little good, and my nerves after being relatively stable...are once again shot. Years of therapy and “coping mechanisms” went entirely down the drain, now I am back on my anxiety meds again and I have trouble sleeping at night, not only suffering the humiliation of being “ran out by the locals” but the anger at having to listen to my wife tell me about the “weird looks” and being pointed at and discussed in secret (like in grade school) she STILL gets from Tiffany and Co. because of whatever vendetta she seems to have against me. I also would like to bring into question the Martial Arts classes that Tiffany holds on your premises. The name of her “Style” changes depending on who you ask, from Kung Fu to Gong-Fu or Qi-Gong and when I first joined Anytime Fitness, I asked her if I could attend; she gave only gave me a nasty glare and then I was instantly targeted by her and her friends, simply for asking to attend one of her classes!!!!. I have overheard her telling potential students that they will “Be able to kick ass in 3 weeks” of her training and “You will be a badass” in no time. I have had many Martial Arts teachers but none ever encouraged violence and intimidation like Tiffany seems to. Allowing people to be bullied while they are trying to build their bodies and minds into stronger mechanism is immoral. Please take the proper actions and stop this bully and her friends from further damaging your business and it’s reputation and quite possibly, getting someone hurt.

Came to Yelm to visit family and wanted to keep up our workouts. We were so fortunate to meet Rachel, her outstanding customer service convinced us to give Anytime Fitness a try. We were not disappointed. Great clean gym with everything we needed.

I like this place, dont get me wrong. Lost a star for not having many of the machines or variety a larger gym may have. Lost another star for not having a day care. Great friendly staff tho and nice clean facilities.
