First time at Elite (July 2015), the guys were professional, knowledgeable, skillful, and treated us like family. Great customer service - took time to explain what needed to be done and why; kept me regularly informed on progress. No pressure sales, advised when a repair would suffice versus replacing with new, provided referrals when work was outside their portfolio. Well worth the 1K mile trip to have this work done by the crew at Elite! My 2005 Monaco Diplomat service included : repaired (2) slide water leaks and master bed frame structure damage; replaced park brake switch, (2) awning toppers, and (1) ceiling fan; adjusted ride height; serviced air conditioners.
