Do not listen to the review below. Ive known the original owner, Cande Mendez, and have been bringing my cars to him for years. He never overcharged me or my family and was always honest and up front. He passed away in 2010 so please show a little respect. I brought my car last august for a muffler replacement and Candes son, Ben, although a little slow, did a great job replacing the old one. The new manager, Glenn, is a nice gentleman and is doing a good job keeping the business in order. If it werent for the fact I relocated, I would still be bringing my business to Maximum today, R.I.P Cande

This was my 2nd time here, and Ive confirmed it to myself now: I wouldnt go anywhere else. It is so hard to find a good mechanic, especially one you can trust. We got $2200 of work done for $1300. Thats a very significant savings. Plus we trusted Gerard fully. I have no doubt hes doing the very best for us, and dealing with us with 100% honesty. As long as I live in the Salem area, I will ALWAYS come back to BMS Automotive. This place has my absolute highest recommendation.

BMS came recommended by many trusted friends for being quality, fairly priced work for custom exhaust. Did an amazing job and made sure to clear the piping around under car components. Came into the shop shortly before lunch time, went across the street for coffee and breakfast, and they were nearly done by the time I wandered back over. If youre like me with a car that has no aftermarket bolt up cat-back exhaust options to buy, this is where you come to get it done right. Bravo!

My lowriders wheel almost fell off while driving back from another repair I recently had. This was a bad weekend for my car. lucky for me these guys were able to help me out on the same day. This was not anything crazy difficult but what earned them the 5 stars was the pricing and the fact they were a pleasure to work with. Very kind and the guys knew I was in a hurry and were able to accommodate my schedule even though they looked busy. Thanks again amigos!

Garbage services, worst attitude ever when ruining my tire with a unskilled worker doing custom wheels.. wasted my day off, and they had to find another tire for my truck so monday i get more subpar work from this horrible shop. After stating he ruined my weekend ,he stated he didnt care.. they put a diffeent size temporary tire on my truck making it until drivable till Monday... stay away

I called bright and early on a Saturday morning to see about some same-day service. Made an appointment for 1:00 and they checked me in about 12:45. Told me it would be close to done by around 3:00 and I was driving out of there @ 3:30. All in all, I was really impressed with their ability to juggle pop-in customers with the normal flow. It was a good experience and good staff!

We were driving back to Portland from Klamath Falls and our tire needed replaced. A young man helped us right away with great service at a reasonable price. The girls at the taco shop were also very friendly, Thank you!

Had check engine light on. Called and made appointment, the guys at Maximum took very good care of me, repaired my vehicle quickly and correctly.

Took my 97 Dodge Ram their to have a catalytic converter welded in as well as install new o2 sensors. Did an amazing job i even tipped.
