I called 5/17 to book an appt for an updo and make-up on Saturday, 5/28, explaining that my husband and I are flying in from Alaska to celebrate our anniversary with a fancy dinner that day. The lady I spoke with was very nice and confirmed that she could schedule an appt for 4pm on 5/28. I got a call today confirming my appt for tomorrow, 5/21. When I called back to clarify that my appt was for 5/28, not 5/21, I was informed that my appt was scheduled for 5/21 and there was not a 4pm appt available on 5/28. The man I spoke with provided the option of coming in significantly earlier in the day, which doesnt work with our flight schedule, hence why I booked a 4pm appt. To say that Im frustrated is an immense understatement. This is unacceptable. Verbally confirming an appt for one date, writing it in the book for a different date, and then being unwilling/unable to honor the actual appt day/time is unacceptable.

Ive been seeing Daniel for quite a while now and was very happy when he landed at this salon, one because I love Aveda products but as a bonus the whole team is a great group of people. I am always greeted warmly and have a great time while I am there. Dont get me started about the shampoo :) I almost fall asleep its so relaxing. I go back as often as I can (a bit addicted).

Brilliant is a fantastic salon, by far the best I have gotten my hair cut at. I always request to have Chirs cut my hair and he does an amazing job! All the Aveda products are great and they are always great about recomending the best products to use on your hair. I would recommend this salon to anyone that wants to recieve amazing service at a great price!

Jody has been cutting my hair for a couple of years now and does a wonderful job. She also is extremely helpful about styling suggestions and products that will work for me. The salon is convenient from either downtown or the east side, and I always feel comfortable and relaxed after my time there.

Everyone at this salon is amazing! Daniel usually does my hair and he is fantastic! I dont go to anyone else! He always makes me feel so pretty. He listens to what I want and only tweaks my ideas for the better! Chris is amazing too! Go here, you will not be dissapointed!

I love that Chris can always interpret my latest crazy idea of a haircut into exactly what works and looks best for my flog-fluff-like hair! I love his staff and the location is easy to get to and easy to park. My idea of a great salon!

Wonderful! From warm, friendly and highly skilled stylists / colorists to the lovely interior and the most comfortable hair-washing stations Ive ever known. This is a fantastic salon full of great people and great Aveda products.

I love these guys! Daniel always makes me feel like a movie star and makes my cuts so simple that I dont mind it when he throws out all of my scrunchies! Wish the head massages lasted as long as it takes to color my hair though...

Ive been going to Brilliant since they opened. Terrific value and exceptional quality. Chris is a wizard with color. The entire staff is welcoming and helpful. I wouldnt dream of going anywhere else!
