I dont know what the person below is talking about... I went there for the first time this week and had a wonderful experience. The staff was completely attentive and more importantly did a great job on my hair. I have a TON of hair and they did my blond highlights faster than anywhere else Ive gone to, and the kicker? It looked just as good if not better, but took only 2/3 of the time. I will be going back to this place each time I need my hair done, and I live in Washougal, so it has nothing to do with proximity. Thank you Beigeblond for the great cut and color. See you in a few months!

I wanted so bad to like this place. I had an amazing haircut the first time I went! The second time was probably the worst cut and color Ive had since I made the mistake years ago, to go to a school. It couldnt even be mistaken for "miscommunication"...it was uneven, the color is blotchy and I now have to go to another salon and spend upto $300 for color correction. So bummed! They had good customer service, I went back and they tried to fix it, made it worse, I ended up getting my money back, which Im very thankful for but theres not a lot I can do except wait for it to grow...:-/

Have been here several times--purely out of proximity to my office--and the staff are always a bit rude and act as though they have somewhere much more important to be. I put up with it because it was convenient to go somewhere so close. I HATE the faux-trendy design and decor of the interior. Totally out of place on lower Main Street in downtown Vancouver. Now that Ive found another stylist within a few blocks, I hope to never go back here. I wont miss it!
