I have had a storage unit for almost a year now. I use it for business purposes and have to get things in and out about once a month. There is such a friendly staff with 2 managers full time managers and someone on duty, all hours, all days. The inside loading docks are key to getting my belongings in and out, dry, easy and safe. And, the location is super central to everything! This place is also very clean and makes storing easy.

Bad vibe. Horrible lift. Dangerous steps. Guy running the place takes safety issues and complaints with a grain of salt. I had to call district manager because they would not hear my complaint. Openly mocked me when I had complaint. They retaliated with bad attitude on my way out. Definitely would not recommend to women!

Good location, with easy access to public transit and convenient loading docks for cars and trucks. Price is reasonable and security seems good - access is recorded and fire safety systems cover all storage units and public spaces. Hours are a bit limited, but service is fast an friendly.

Great customer service. Love that there is an on-site manager at all times. The facility is very nice and clean. It has easy access for loading and unloading. I recommend it!!
