The surface of the customer service is fine, until you have an actual problem that needs resolving. I have had several issues with this location. The day I went to clean out my unit, I was locked out of the gate. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, I was told it was because I was late. I had been late in paying my bill before, and much further over due than the 2 days at this point. The staff at the counter was rude in the "sweet" sort of manner, acting like I should have known better and that I was no better than an idiot. Over all, I have had a string of problems with Public Storage that the company seems to not care about. When my online access account was created, my username and email were botched and I was locked out of my account at every attempt I made at accessing it online. This ended up messing up my ability to pay my bill since I work during the office hours and have a two-hour commute. Working in internet retail leaves me with very little, if any time to call customer service. The treatment I received at the counter when I closed my account was totally unacceptable. Public Storage is too large as a company for any customer service to be less than exemplary.

Zearkos (ZerØ)

I had to get a short term storage unit and most of the units in the area were full. Originally, the call center booked me for a 5x15 unit, MUCH more storage than I needed. The property manager called me IMMEDIATELY after my booking in the call center and talked to me about my interest. After talking to the property manager, he helped me out to getting a 5x10 instead of a 5x15. The price was similar, but it was more for not wanting to take it up from someone else that could use that space more. I showed up, and the property manager got me set up in thirty minutes with a unit, lock, and other moving necessities for storing things in the unit without them degrading. No hassle, no fuss. The experience could not have been better. Ray and Josh are the best.

Came in to public storage recently. With a lot of places filled up it was great to find a place reasonably priced for what we need. Originally worked with Johanna the day before and she set us up with an appointment. The next day we came in and worked with Ray. It was a very pleasant experience. Helped with so many questions and even helped with a photo copy of an ID needed for my move. It was such a great place, and a great staff to work with. Only suggestion I would make, is that they have music to help break the monotony. With all the help they gave, the dead air when processing information is very dry.

Excellent customer service! Needed a temporary place to store some stuff and went with the larger unit because of the $1/first month promotional discount. However at first we mentioned that we really didnt need that much space and wanted to get a smaller unit to save money in the long run but there was nothing available for those at the time. Ray was very friendly and helpful! He put us on a waiting list for the smaller units and said we could easily switch once one was avail. I no longer need the storage unit but I will be back here again next time I do and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for one.

I have used this location for almost one year, and have been extremely impressed with the level of great service that I have received. Ray and Joanna have been great people to work with, and they are fair when it comes to your needs. I found it refreshing that I was not pressured into obtaining the most expensive unit, as they were helpful in understanding what potential items I had for storage, and recommended exactly what I needed. They are always friendly and will work with their customers. Anyone who desires to obtain great customer service, go see Ray and Joanna at the Bremerton location on Riddell Rd.

Brenda is amazing. She is very nice and made our experience very painless. She has a great personality and knows her job well. She is by by far the most outgoing, funny, efficient storage rental employee we have ever dealt with. I dont know if she is the manager or not but in our opinion, she should be manager and I hope she is getting paid what she is worth. You have a great person working for you there and I really hope you treat her with value. I have friends that rent there to and will definitly refer others to Brenda at Public storage on Riddell Rd Bremerton WA.

BEWARE --- RATES SUBJECT TO CHANGE! While my initial experience was perfectly fine, I have been storing my goods for close to a year and was surprised by a sudden rate increase of $25/month (almost %20 percent increase). The property manager was perfectly pleasant, but has no control over the rates. Despite storing long term, the corporate office has free will to adjust rates due to "market changes". Needless to say, I will be shopping around for something I can rely on consistently as I still have quite a while to store my goods.

My wife and I were very pleased with the service Ray your manager provided for us as we needed to change our location to another stall in your facility. Ive stored vehicles and utilized storage units in a number of your competitors and your staff and facility are by far the best we have experienced. The only thing we would like is some improvement on the entrance drive from NE Riddell Road into your facility. We experienced another small vehicle completely overturned in the entrance as it is so extremely multi up and down.

Ray smiled and gave us tremendous service. From evaluating what we were storing to save my sister money on her monthly rent. To offering us merchandise to help protect her stuff while being stored. The merchandise may be a bit pricey but with the money she saved in rent. It was a no brainer to get what he said we needed. This place really looks out for thier customers. Thank you Ray. Upon booking, our storage unit was clean, spacious, and reasonably priced. Ray was super helpful and friendly throughout the process. He went over a variety of options with us and even explored other locations that would have been a lot more convenient for us, if they werent completely booked. Thanks for the great service. I wish more individuals had the same level of helpfulness and professionalism!

I have been with Bremerton Public Storage for a year now and I love it. JoAnna has always been amazing and was able to work with me the few times I needed it most. The one thing I am disappointed about is the rent going up $20 but that didnt effect my stars because it is not the locations fault the company has a hike in rent. I would recommend this place to anyone and ask for JoAnna she is the best.

I took off a day from work to locate a storage unit to temporarily move my piano. Anthony called me shortly after the facility open about the online reservation I had made. The online application reserved an upstairs unit for me which was not going to work. Anthony resolved the issue. He was friendly, courteous and professional at all times. It was a pleasure working with him.
