Nope. Never again. When I dropped off my clothes, the lady entered my requests into the computer didnt get anything right. I brought in a coupon found on the website for 50% off the first visit. It will be my last. In the end, I got 28% off if I did my math right, but because I needed one shirt and a pair of pants the next day and the rest without any time restrictions, she put in two separate orders, the smaller of the two, with the discount, the larger without any discount. Not only were my clothes not to my modest request, but they went ready the next day as promised; or the following morning. Therefore I was outside of my dress code for my office. I refuse to let a company jeopardize my job performance. Never again. Ill go to Abes or eco-cleaners from now on.

Ive already reviewed this business elsewhere, but Ill share the short version here: I sent in a futon cover to be cleaned and it came back smelling like a cross between a thrift store and a hotel room that just changed to non-smoking and is trying to cover up the decades old smoke smell. Its not the typical dry cleaner smell. They used something with a powerful masking fragrance and it is absolutely nasty.

These guys are great: rarely a wait, always a good job, always friendly. I think theyre reasonably priced, and easily located on Broadway. Parking is usually easy, either on the street in front of them (theyre on the corner of 14th & Broadway), or on the 14th side, they have a small parking lot. Theyll also do some basic sewing for you (patching holes, fixing zippers/buttons, etc.).

Best cleaners in town! They do a great job with your laundry and truly care. I was in a pinch and my dry cleaning was not ready but they stayed late and hand delivered my shirt to me at my home! This is true customer service and extremely appreciated. I highly recommend using them!

This is a great dry cleaner. I have work shirts and pants done all the time and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. The clothes come out looking great, and I like that you get a 10 percent discount if you pay for your order in advance (and then pick-up is even easier).

Absolutely awesome. This is your one stop for dry cleaning and alterations. This place did alterations on short notice (2 day turnaround) and basically made a panicked situation into a manageable load of laundry. They have a customer for life.
