Crossfit Intensify (known lovingly to us locals as CFI) is the embodiment of what the Crossfit community intends to accomplish. In the strictest sense of definitions, its a gym. But I promise you have never been to a gym like this before. Feel free to walk in looking a little lost and unsure and you will be greeted by a chorus of sweaty, but friendly!, individuals. CFI coaches are amazing - dont worry, you wont be yelled at or pushed to injury. Youre going to be welcomed into a small to medium sized class with a coach who will slowly walk you through all the movements and customize the workouts to fit you and your level of fitness. Ive been going for two years and can now do a variety of lifts, am much, much stronger, and more importantly... people - I can do a pullup. Actually I can do MORE than one! Come join! Its a supportive, caring community and Andrew and Zach (owners) are the nicest guys you are ever going to meet.

CrossFit as practiced at CrossFit Intensify is not only a life-changing experience, but incredibly fun! For someone who had to force myself to exercise twice a week by running, CrossFit blew me away with how much I enjoyed because it is never, ever boring, you always get a great workout, and everyone is extremely welcoming and friendly - no macho stuff here at all. Zach and Andrew strike the perfect balance of being both professional and approachable, and the entire team of coaches are fantastic - I never even bother to check the schedule of whos coaching because Ive learned something from all of them. Hours of operation are also hard to beat with multiple classes 7 days a week.

I have worked out at CrossFit Intensify for over four years. I love the coaching and the friendly atmosphere. Everyone is encouraging to me and I am motivated to do my very best. The CrossFit phrase, "life changing fitness" isnt just a slogan. It really has been life changing for me. I can do things that I would have never thought possible...like climb a rope! It makes activities in my daily life better too because of my overall fitness and strength. I love the group atmosphere and yet the flexibility to have a workout that is tailored to my strength and ability with the help of the coaches. I highly recommend CrossFit Intensify. I dont have enough good things to say about this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The coaches are extremely knowledgable and professional, the members are friendly and I never leave in a bad mood! If you havent tried Crossfit in the past this would be an excellent place to start. OR if you have done crossfit this is a great place with professional level competitors. I dont ever plan to quit going to Crossfit Intensify! :) LOVE IT

I have never before lasted more than a week at a gym, fitness center, athletic club, or whatever they want to call it. I am now starting my fourth year at Crossfit Intensify. The workouts are as intense as you want them to be. They are invigorating, challenging and varied. This is the most amazing gym. No initiation fees, just monthly dues. We have the best community of people. Some elite athletes but mostly just people wanting to improve their physical condition and life. The trainers are awesome, the schedule flexible and by far the most affordable CrossFit gym in town. Crossfit Intensify is a great gym. Excellent coaches and everyone is a tight knit group. Dont let the intensity of Crossfit scare you! There are scaling options available, but soon youll be doing things you didnt know you could. This is the hardest workout Ive ever done, but I love every minute of it. The staff here are awesome, they made me feel so comfortable my first visit and were very encouraging. I did their beginners class, loved and then moved to regular classes.
