I fell behind in my membership payments. I tried to come into the club to pay my bill after verifying I could over the phone. When I came in they refused to accept my legal tender. Cash Then I called planet fitness home office and filed a complaint asking for the kelso club owner to contact me to help resolve this issue. The owner is unprofessional and Im still waiting for a phone call. They say my routing number is no good thats part of the reason I fell behind in my billing.

So far, I have worked out at home and at small gyms and could never get my sellf in the big gyms, never felt comfortable. But I have branched out and signed a membership here and they have made me feel at easy in this gym. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. The equipment is nice and clean, the showers and locker rooms and the extras you get like hydro massage, massage chairs , tanning are all nice to have when you want to use them. It is a great no presure gym.

Roomy large gym and good location in a mall. Young scrawny staff with no apparent physical fitness credentials. The hydromassage area is top excellent quality, they actually had Zen meditation flute music playing in this section, which is different than the music playing in the rest of the gym. Although its a bit difficult to hear once the massage gets going.

I will be cancelling my contract. They do not tell you when they plan to do their annual fee causing budgeting problems. Really ridiculous to charge 50 bucks when you dont even email the client in advance. Will never use this gym.

One of the best! Planet fitness as a whole has a very clear identity as a judge free zone. Around this place you know even the most muscular dudes arent assholes. Nice bathrooms, and great clean equipment.
