Faulkner did a wonderful job on my husbands truck. His truck looks as good as new and we couldnt be happier. We had never been in an accident before and everyone was super kind and helpful. They explained everything in detail and kept in touch almost daily. Our truck was expected to be finished in 3 weeks but the vehicle was finished in 1.5 weeks.

I have worked with this company on for two different claims. They went out of their way to be helpful and included everything that was caused by the accident in the claim. They were helpful and the repairs where done well. They even found issues caused by the accident that I would have never noticed. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I had my car appraised three weeks ago and I told the appraiser to call me when the parts were read. I got the call and took my car in on 12/14/15. I called on 12/18/15 to inquire about my car cause I hadnt heard any updates so far. I just got my car back today 12/28/15 with a corroded patch on the door.
