Getting repair work on your car is always stressful because its so hard to find a good body shop. Well, I can honestly say that East Coast Collision is one of the best shops around. Not only do they do quality work, but they get it done in a timely manner. This shop has done work on my car, my wifes car, and I even had them do some work on my mothers car. Each and every time the folks at East Coast Collision took care of me and had each vehicle looking like new again. From the initial quote, to coordinating with my insurance company, to taking me to get a rental car, the entire process was stress free. Do yourself a favor and check them out. You wont be disappointed.

We have gone to East Coast Collision multiple times over the past decade and have always had top notch service and repair. The first time we went a deer ran into our two day old car and they repaired it like it never happened. We have had our cars run into, keyed, etc. and each time the cars come back looking better than when we left them. The most recent service was done to replace a broken side mirror (Winter 16-17). We recommend East Coast to all our friends and family and cant say enough about this business. It is hard to imagine having a bad experience here.

My wife had 2 accidents within 9 days (none her fault). We had both of our cars taken to East Coast Collision and they did an amazing job fixing both of our cars. They took their time to review the damage and made sure everything that needed repairs due to the accidents were addressed and done right. The team there is very friendly, honest, and got our cars fixed on time from when they said they would. Where I hope I never have to get my cars fixed because of an accident, if I do, Ill go back to see them.

Extremely satisfied with the service I received. I have used this shop twice and both times service was great quality, very fast and reasonably priced! They matched the color of the paint perfectly to fix some scratches and dents and second time they changed side view mirror. People are very friendly and professional and explain every piece of work that should be done! I hope not needing car shop soon, but when I do, I know I have a place to go!

I went there yesterday during the day to drop off my car for estimate and body work. The guy Juan came out with me and snatched the keys out of my hand, talking to me very rude like I am a little kid. When I called for the supervisor he also didnt care. Dont take your car here very poor customer service. I only saw a few cars out there that looked like they were in horrible condition. This place is a rip off.

Used them several times over the last 8-10 years, but always for an insurance claim. That said, they always do quality work. Paint color is always matched so well you cant see a color difference. They often do some little extra. Last time, they repaired a cracked headlight preventing me from having to spend $300 on a new one. Overall, worth going back to.

This peoples are horrible I made a mistake taking my car there.Four years ago I took my car to Lindsey Bodyshop and they did excellent job I wish I stick with them.this place dont to anything about body work. Save your money.
