Upon deciding to trade my 2010 Ram 1500 for a new 2013 Ram 1500, I had communicated with, and visited, many different dealerships in the local area and beyond. My experience at Forrer was far superior to any other dealer that I had visited. While doing some online searches I discovered Forrer and sent them an inquiry about a 2013 Ram. I was contacted by Gary Kulp, who was again superior to any other salesman with whom I had spoken at any of the other dealerships. When I first spoke with Gary on the phone, it quickly became evident to me that he was someone with whom I could do business. After explaining to him the outstanding condition of my truck, as well as many of the accessories that I added, Gary assured me that these items would be considered in the trade-in value, and that we would probably be able to work out a fair deal on a new truck. So, I made the one hour drive to Forrer, had my truck appraised, and test drove a new truck. Next, the negotiating process was surprisingly different and much more pleasant than any I have previously experienced. The salesman did not make multiple trips back-and-forth to talk to the manager, as is common in many dealerships. I sat with the salesman (Gary Kulp) and the manager (Ed Tietje ), and the three of us discussed pricing, which provided a much more comfortable and pleasant buying experience. During the process, I was afforded the opportunity to talk with Jeff Forrer, the owner of the dealership, who was also involved in my transaction. I found it unique and refreshing that I was able to communicate freely with the salesman, the manager, and the owner of the dealership in order to arrive at a fair deal. Based on my experience, I highly recommend this dealership and would definitely make the one hour drive to do business there in the future.

These guys at Forrer are the best around, hands down. I had the absolute worst experience at Freedom Chrysler in Harrisburg, so I went to these guys and what a difference! They took the time to listen to the history of my truck and Matt (sorry didnt get your last name) knew exactly what the problem was, and they werent afraid to get their hands dirty. They gave me a great rental too. Freedom did NONE of this. Never looked at my warranty. Freedom did the absolute bare minimum. These guys at Forrer did one heck of a great job and even went the extra mile to make sure my truck was running great and made sure I always had a vehicle. I highly recommend this place to anyone. They will have my business from now on. Thanks again!!!!

Former is a dealership you can trust I have bought my last 15 cars from them great salespeople and the service staff is great
