I have had many problems with my car that I purchased from Spankeys. I bought the car in August 2008 and 3 weeks later I had a major issue with it...over a year later the problem is still not resolved and was told that it will not be taken care of. My car was involved in an auto accident and was not disclosed to me. It also was not put on the carfax report. The salesman also lied about the mileage on the paperwork and the title. The catalytic converter needs replaced, drivers side door window fell in, a/c compressor needed replaced, car will randomly not start, speedometer dose not work correctly, side mirror motor runs constantly and the list goes on.

I took my 2002 Lexus ES to Spankys Auto Body to repair some damage done in a parking lot mishap. I decided to have them detail the car, inside and out, while they had it. The price seemed very reasonable - honestly, I wasnt quite sure what to expect. When I picked up my car - a day earlier than expected - it looked brand new! They even got out several very dark spots on the drivers seat that had been there when I purchased the car last Christmas. I am giving Spankys a five star rating for excellent service, fast turn-around, and superior results. I will certainly use them again.

I bought my 2008 Audi A6 4.2L from Spankys in Sept 2011 and love the car and very much appreciate the customer service afforded me by all the competant and caring professionals at Spankys. Believe it or not, 5 days later after buying my car, I was rear ended at a traffic light. So I took my car back to Spankys Body Shop and they did an excellant job. I highly recommend Spankys for your next used car purchase and, if needed, body work. Thank you Spankys!

So far, so good. I just purchased a sweet deal on a 2000 Buick LeSabre from here and got a great up front price. I have heard many positives about Spankys and I am glad I got my next vehicle from them-today 12/30/2016. So far so good. They fixed everything, and within a week, and it is better than new. They dealt with the insurance company, to get the extra work done, and on time. They fixed the rear door, which never worked properly, and had been to the dealer many times. Thanks for the great service.
