Worst post office. No one answers the phone. I have called four times and it just continuously rings and then, after waiting for five minutes, I get a busy signal. Package was supposed to be delivered today and I know they received it from UPS (based off of UPS tracking), which says it is scheduled to be delivered today. However, since USPS does not update their tracking information my package could be lost or in someone elses hands at this point.

Often cannot deliver packages, usually put reasons on slips that are incorrect. This has occurred many times over the past four years. Another problem is that the driver always claims to leave a slip somewhere but I have never found one. Its easier to pay the extra money and have items shipped UPS or FedEx. Staff at post office can be either really helpful or really not helpful.

3 times in the past week, I had wrong mail delivered. Not even the road I live on. Twice they just placed the new mail in the box and never took the misdelivered mail. The 3rd time was the best. They had to pull the large envelope out (marked Priority Mail), put my new mail in and placed the wrong mail back in the box.

Ive only been in there 3 times with in the last 2 weeks and everytime but the last they have been so rude. No help from them (well te men) if you dont know what you are doing, do not go there unless you need to. All i needed was a key which should take 1 to 2 trips. But no. Getting frustrated. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE

Nobody seems to answer the phone. Ive been trying for about twenty minutes and nobody has picked up; I live 30 minutes away and cant just pop in to set up a time to sort my passport. Also, extensions dont work for this office. Tried pressing each option to speak to someone and its just silence on the other end.

Absolutely terrible service. Packages get "stuck" here for weeks at a time and they claim they havent received packages. No one ever answers the phone. USPS might as well get rid of this office as it doesnt get anything accomplished
