Morning like afternoon,pick hours two lines to the front door, and you only see two clerk and one of them is doing the window and the front and the other is so slow and doesnt care if you only have 5 minute to drop or pick up a package. There is sign that said if I have a ready mail with label done, I could drop it by the clerk, I did so and I left to my mail box, comeback 8 minute later to ask for some boxes, and waited another 10 minute, all the mail that was in the back was gone and my package still there where I left it. I was watching, when she is done she grab her handbag and was leaving, I asked her why my box still there it should go in 4:30pm truck, she look at me and said " well you were not on line and in order for me to take it from you have to be on line you cant just skip these people and Im leaving anyway someone will take care of it for you !!" What? well I was wearing a scarf on my head that day so I couldnt be served like everybody!! ,,,Most of the time I had to go somewhere else to do my business...cant wait for 20 minute to drop a package.

When you call, you get the run around. I work in an office and our regular post man, Mike brings our mail anywhere between 9:30-11 am. Daily!!! Even on his days on the regular back up is here no later then 12. It is currently 5:10 p.m. and we still have yet to receive the mail. This is the 2nd time this week this has happened. Since we normally close by 4pm I called the Camp Hill Post Office and the guy on the other line was extremely rude and very unhelpful and blamed me. He said "Its your normal guy, are you sure you just didnt get anything?" When I told him I wasnt the only one of the street who hadnt received their mail yet. He said let me try to find your postman and hung up the phone. That is unsatisfactory to say the least. Even an apology would be better then blaming the customer!!! Its not just this time I called, its every time I call and ask a question. You get the yelled at normally. If I could rate it a negative star I would.

Amazon shipped a package that was overdue and the morning of the day I was to leave for Alaska, Amazon sent me a message that the package was at this location for delivery that day. Taking a chance, I went and the counter person went looking for it. She returned a few minutes later with the package and delivery driver. The package had been loaded in the truck for delivery. The two women I dealt with went above and beyond for me and courteous and friendly. The delivery person jokingly said I needed to take her with me.☺️

Go elsewhere for passport services (the protonotary in Harrisburg is great for this). Once you finally get off of hold (set aside at least 30 minutes for this, and thats if they dont accidentally disconnect you when someone asks you who youre holding for), youll finally get to talk to someone and set up an appointment for 7 weeks later. Or, go to the protonotary, walk in, and get it the next day. Theyre pleasant on the phone, but avoid this spot like the plague if thats what you need.

After reading all the bad reviews I thought I was not going to have a good experience. I called in regarding an issue with a package and after going through automated phone menu someone picked up the phone and helped me out with the issue. He was very good at explaining what happened and was able to get the issue corrected for me. Thank you!!

The worst! Terrible experience. Glorified Mcdonalds employees. I am missing mail and none of these clowns will help. The best I got was a rep named "Dean" who seemed to busy to help, never returned my call like he said he would and never looked into my issue. So apparently Im just out my mail/package. Thanks Dean, worthless sack of S**t
